This was great for helping me increase my milk supply! There wasn’t a bad taste like most supplements and it was easy to swallow, not too big of a pill.

This was recommended to me by my son’s pediatrician. It works great! I was skeptical because the mother’s milk tea didn’t really help me and it has very similar ingredients. I splurged and bought these and don’t even use them as often as I should, but have found a decent increase in my milk supply even just taking 1 a day! I was having a lack of milk supply by about 5 ounces a day (a full feeding) for my baby. I exclusively pump due to him refusing to latch after months of trying, so supply dropped a bit. This not only provided that feeding for him, but some for freezer storage every couple of days! It’s worth the money if you really want to stick to breast milk and need that boost! They recommend taking three times a day, and take 2 at a time three times daily if you’re over 170lbs. I’m like 230lbs (I haven’t lost like any weight after birth lol) and I still only take 1-2 a day and it helps. It would REALLY help if I used as directed lol.

I would recommend this product as it has increased my milk supply within one day of starting the supplements. The price is a bit high however I find it worth it as it’s been beneficial to help in my milk supply.

My family has a history of not having enough milk for our babies. If it wasn't for this product, my sister wouldn't have been able to nurse her baby. I originally sent her the More Milk Plus Special Blend in Tincture form which is a very powerful product. It was effective immediately! I then sent her the More Milk Plus in capsules after about a month because I wondered if she needed a formula as strong as the other one. This product, More Milk Plus in Capsules is a good product, but it took a little while to kick in and she WAS making milk but was having trouble producing enough milk (baby kept crying) and she needed to supplement with formula a little. (And this practice in itself can lead to further trouble...) Capsules in general are not as strong as tinctures regardless what the product is. And this is a weaker formula than the Special Blend. So we learned that she will need to continue supplementing the entire time she wants to nurse (But everyone is different--some people have the milk kick in and it takes off, others don't!). She ended up going back to the More Milk Plus Special Blend in Tincture and she has no problems or issues whatsoever with nursing--and baby is growing well and strong. This entire product line is a Godsend! I thank my local herbalist for making me aware of this product line.

This product did work to increase my milk supply, but at what cost. My baby got super gassy and fussy and every time I took it I would get a massive clogged milk duct. Super painful. Not worth the increase. And very expensive.

I personally did not experience an increase in my milks supply despite taking the required amount of drops every day for several weeks, but that doesn’t mean it won’t work for others. Seems like many people have had good success with it. My milk supply just stayed the same.

This product is amazing and does work excellent if taken as directed. I used it for 12months while I exclusively pumped for my son and have been using it for 15 months while breastfeeding/pumping for my daughter. I'm convinced that without this I never would have made it so long with each kid. Being a working mom, my supply always tanks when I head back to work and start pumping, but this helps me to keep producing enough for my babies. I am a labor and delivery nurse and recommend this to all patients who are concerned about supply along with lecithin capsules to prevent plugged ducts. This stuff really works, but you have to be careful and make sure to empty breasts (pump or nurse) regularly. If not you could develop a plugged duct. If you take the lecithin a few times a day you should be fine and not develop any plugs. It does tastes horrible, but the flavor dissipates quickly. It works best if you take it by itself with nothing to eat or drink 15min before and 15min after talking it. It's worth every penny. You won't be disappointed.

I want to preface this review by saying I have never written a review in my life. I am currently 6 weeks postpartum and have been mentally struggling with not being able to obtain a significant milk supply. I struggle with seeing other moms show how much they can pump in one session when I feel like I hardly get anything- on top of all the other postpartum things you are going through it’s mentally exhausting. I have just enough to feed my daughter and maybe a few extra ounces for a single bottle but that’s not enough for when I have to return to work. I have only been taking these pills for two days and my pumping output went from 0.5-2 ounces per pumping session to now 5 ounces per pumping session… And I have only been taking two pills a day. I can’t tell you how happy this made me- I feel like there’s hope for my breastfeeding journey.Highly recommend to any mom struggling with output to give these pills a shot- what have you got to lose?
