This EllipiGO is a great work out and The Customer Service Department was awesome
I am 60 years old and had a knee replacement from 40 years of running and marathons. My running days are over and the ElliptiGO was a really good replacement. You can't sit down and you are constantly peddling. Excellent for cardio, legs and arm workout. It does take a bit to adjust and learn how to ride it as it is different from a bicycle. But you can learn fast. My wife dropped the bike attempting to learn how to ride the EllipiGO and broke the side grip. I contacted EllipiGO Support to purchase another hand grip and they replaced it for free and only asked if my wife was ok. Excellent customer service
