I would say I am normally a *great* sleeper. I go to bed and wake up at consistent times, I get about 8-9 hours of sound sleep every single night. I do dream a LOT and tend to wake up periodically throughout the night, but that is normal for me and I usually have no problems falling back asleep. I sleep with a silk eye mask and ear plugs which significantly help me fall back asleep when I do wake up. Otherwise, I have never needed a sleep aid.Recently I developed mild anxiety, which has unfortunately significantly affected my sleep schedule - I regularly wake up at 3am, overthink my entire life, and can't fall asleep again for 2+ hours. It's been consistent and crappy enough for me to look for a supplemental sleep aid. Full disclosure: I've used 2-3 tablets of Benadryl in the past when I wanted to get a particularly good night's sleep. I started using it more regularly, which isn't ideal, and I also started to notice it wasn't as effective. I am on an anti-depressant but take no other regular medication.I took one capsule of this supplement last night, and WOW. Just like with Benadryl, I started to feel uncontrollably drowsy after about 30 minutes. I got a SOLID ~4 hours of sound sleep, then woke up as usual, but was able to quickly fall back asleep and then got another very solid ~4 hours of sleep. Furthermore, I NEVER sleep through my alarm, I ALWAYS wake up before it goes off, and this morning it was on its second ring before I turned it off! That hasn't happened in years. Luckily, after my initial sleepiness, I didn't experience any lingering grogginess.I've have only used this product once, so I will certainly update if I feel that anything changes over time. I was just so wow'd after my initial experience that I had to write a review!

We had been using another sleep aid that we liked quite a bit. When they were out of stock I ordered Namastay. Their ingredients are similar but not exact and the amount of each ingredient varies.My husband loves Namastay and gets an excellent sleep. Because he is ADHD, he never knows how we will react to different ingredients. This is a winning combination for him, the best he has ever used. I like it too but it is very strong for me, leaves me a little groggy so I use it less frequently. As with other sleep aids we have tried, we only take it a max of 3-4 days a week. I find if I take any compound every day that its effectiveness diminishes. We are both seniors and no longer "sleep like babies", sighhhh. Overall, this is the most effective sleep aid we have ever tried.

PROS:- Helps me not only FALL asleep, but also STAY asleep (which is a true miracle, in my case)!- Does not seem to be causing excessive daytime drowsiness- I WAKE UP RESTED, seem to facilitate DEEP SLEEP for me!CONS:- WEIRD, INTENSE and SUPER REALISTIC DREAMS, often NIGHTMARES!!This is really disturbing, but thankfully occasional, not a regular thing. So I really have a dilemma with this product: it really DOES WORK and as much as I love being able to fall and stay asleep, I am not exactly excited about experiencing the eery dreams that would put David Lynch to shame.I did some research and found out that both Melatonin and the Valerian root (two of the ingredients in this product), can cause intense dreaming in some individuals. Also, my husband had that and he did not experience any unusual dreams, so maybe it's just me.For context on who's writing this: I am a 30-year-old female, suffering from severe PMDD and ADHD (yes, not only kids have it, and not only boys!). I was on Adderall for two years, which caused major sleep issues for me. Falling asleep was just NOT possible, a lot of the time. And even if I was lucky enough to fall asleep, I would wake up at 4 or 5pm, feeling awful and not rested at all, which was really obnoxious. So, I decided to get off the Adderall, started looking for natural alternatives to address my issues. Came across HHH and decided to order this. All in all, I can recommend, but watch for side effects like weird dreams.

I absolutely love this product! I use it with my sleep meds but what I love is that I go straight to sleep and if I get up in the middle of the night I easily go back to sleep. I don’t wake up groggy or dizzy. It has helped me sleep with just one pill and I’ve even cut my sleep meds by one pill. Some nights all I need is just one of these & nothing else.I’m so glad I took a chance to try it, I’m very happy for the results & highly recommended to anyone who is struggling to get to sleep like I was.My boyfriend even tried one the first night I received it. He takes Ambien but he wakes up exactly after 4 hours of the medication. With this he had a solid 8 hours of sleep and good sleep at that.I told him that I will buy him his own when I’m close to finishing mine.Great Product!!! Thank you, for not adding crap to it either. It’s all herbs & all though it has melatonin in it I know that it’s not that much bc I was using it before straight up nothing else & it wasn’t working...
