it's ok when it comes to taste... I mix it with other green powders. [don't appreciate the sweet(ish) taste it's got.] not sure will get again.

I was getting ready to order this again because the ingredients looked good--until I got to the end, and it said it has stevia and monkfruit. These two ingredients make it taste good, but will actually put weight on you because any kind of sugar substitute--even stevia and monkfruit--will trick your body to release insulin, and that is the hormone that makes belly fat! I didn't know this on a recent cruise, and ate sugar-free desserts all I wanted- and then returned weighing six pounds more than I had when it started. So I started reading and researching, and now I know why. I will stay away from any kind of sweetener as I am used to it by now and and have learned not to like sweet tastes in my food, thank goodness. I hope I can lose the weight now! Mercola should know better!
