Try this bike instead of buying the more expensive Guardian bike
I was going to buy Guardian bike which cost more for my grandson. He has been afraid to ride a bike. My son chose this bike. The same day he took bike outside and was riding it under a minute. My grandson likes this bike so I’m glad I bought it. Would definitely recommend it.

Horrible Job on Pre-assembled Parts
The bike was partially pre-assembled. The head set, head tube and front fork were not pre-assembled properly they were out of alignment. The rear wheel was also pre-assembled incorrectly to the rear hub. The wheel was out of alignment. There were no assembly instructions provided to for these parts in order for me to try and disassemble and reassemble.

Ok bike
Overall it's a decent bike for the mechanically inclined, or for someone that plans to have a professional assemble it. Not packaged well, so the contents had slight damage, nothing too crazy. Dialing in the brakes my not be very easy for people unfamiliar with them. My biggest complaint is just an echo of what others have said. Both wheels came bent. Not to the point of being un-rideable, but it is noticeable. This also makes getting the brakes set to where it is safe, yet does not drag, a challenge. If you're up for it you can massage the wheels straight, but for most, you should probably heavily consider another bike option.

Bought this for my 8 yr old as a Christmas present. He loves it, it's the perfect size for him and it's well crafted for the price

we liked the look of the bike but the front wheel was bent and also the breaks were broken beyond repair
