After seeing some reviews about pump issues, when my eye cream stopped pumping after a week of use, I contacted customer service. The seller responded right before I close my browser asking for more information, and they sent me a new eye cream right away. They also followed up a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with it. Interesting, the original eye cream started working again after I received the second one. It seems the issue was not the pump, it just get stuck into the walls of the container, because i put the product in a sunny window for some minutes and it went back to normal. I actually like the fact that this brand has a pump, because it dosifies the product better, making it last much longer than eye creams that come in a mini-jars. Overall, the product is very moisturizing and gives you an immediate glow up. I feel it has helped a lot with the discoloration under my eyes.

I just turned 40 and have been struggling lately with bags under my eyes. They're a weird combo of hollow, yet puffy. I wanted to try something different than the aveeno eye cream that I'd been using because it was quite thin and not very moisturizing, plus it kind of crusted as it dried and caused my makeup to cake. This stuff is so much more moisturizing and it doesn't tug at all when putting it on. It absorbs very well and doesn't leave any residue. My makeup goes on over it without caking or looking weird. I really can't say I'm noticing a huge difference in my eye wrinkles or puffy hollow bags under my eyes, but I'd buy it again for how moisturizing and gentle it is.

Well, I like this cream other than the fact that I’ve received 2 with broken pumps. I intended to return one & the replacement came the same. The tube is bent & broken so the pump doesn’t work. Boo. However, I am scooping it out & using it daily. It is very moisturizing without being greasy. I have uber dry skin & this does wonders for me. Don’t see a huge decrease in puffiness but love it for its hydrating qualities.

The cream definitely works however after the first day my eyes started to hurt as if they were strained. Did not go away after three days so I stopped using it.

I definitely feel like I can notice a difference when I use this cream in the morning. My eyes seem brighter, more awake, and so soft and moisturized. I do also use HA on its own over my whole face. My only criticism is that I wish the cream came in a tub with a screw off cap instead of a pump. I feel like pumps waste more product.

The product itself seems good. But the pump for it doesn’t seem to work for me. I’ve tried over and over again to pump some on my fingers to use, but nothing comes out. So then I open it up and try to get some off the stick, and even that is difficult to do.

First of all, the pump was bent inside the bottle as if it were too big for the bottle size. I unbent it manually and the pump worked for about to weeks with both morning and night use. I applied a small amount as a little went a long way and massaged it in using the specific fingers the instructions said to. Once the pump stopped working again I tried to fix it to no avail and just started twisting the pump off to get some of the product. After three weeks use, I saw no difference. Not worth the money in my opinion since it worked as well as a drug store moisturizer.

I tried No BS skin care two years ago when looking for a less expensive product to help reduce redness in my skin from rosacea. I've been using their whole line now for two years, and their stuff just works. Using their vitamin C serum followed by the retinol morning and night, my skin is so much better than it's ever been, and I'm spending way less than on other products to get the same results. They run specials often, and usually toss in a nice sample or two with your order. When they run specials I go ahead and get a back up so I never run out. If you're wondering about it, just try it. They used to have a two week trial set. Not sure if they still do, but that's how I got started with it and within the two weeks I was convinced it was just as good as the stuff I was buying from my esthetician at a higher price point.

I have been using this product for just about a month, but I can't say I noticed any changes yet in dark circles. Maybe it takes a bit longer to show any changes.. not sure. Will continue using to see if there is any changes.

The tube in the pump came bent and cracked so I'm having to scoop out the cream as the pump doesn't work. If I pay so much for a tiny bottle you would think it would come intact. After reading the comments I see I'm not the first person for this so happen to, so I probably won't buy again from this company. The cream itself so far leaves my eyes feeling a bit watery and make them sting a bit but I'll have to see how it goes, hopefully it gets better.

This product arrived promptly. Packaging intact. No seal, however. My main issue is the pump inside the product was faulty, slightly broken at the bottom. It did not function at all. Either it is not the right pump mechanism for the eye cream, and or, the eye cream is too dense/thick for this small pump to work. Either way, I am disappointed for the money spent for a product I expected to function as designed.
