Once again a rubbish item has a 5 star reviews because 2 people who can't write more than one sentence are allowed to leave 5 star 'reviews'. So what if your son liked it? I bet he's on a scooter and doesn't know any better.Being an avid retro gamer I just bought this on impulse. Stupid. Here's what's wrong with it imo. Obviously I can't rate it's crash worthiness!Lift - Once I get doing past 'your son on a moped speeds', the lid has a tendency to lift, so really get going and it will pull upwards. I'm not joking it will try and hang you. You'd have thought with it's lip it would have downforce but obviously not. It fit's snug enough so it's not a case of buying too large.Noise - Lots of it. This is not a quiet lid. I have a cheap HJC that cost less and is better. Worst part is the whistling. I thought it was the visor seal but it howls with it open or shut. I thought it was vents but same problem open or shut. This is REALLY annoying. It's also generally loud.The visor is rubbish - Ok it's fairly wide and the view is good but the problems are with fogging and diffraction. When it fogs it won't unfog. With my hjc a little fog used to be dispered by opening the visor a small bit, even with the visor fully open it won't defog. Great. Will have to find some sort of insert. Secondly, when it's dark it seems to have an odd light diffraction pattern that resembles a kaledoscope, street lights and cars become things of wonder!Anyway, I hope this is more useful that previous reviews that like many on ebay tell you nothing. I'm never buying a MT helmet again and I'll get an AGV once my overtime goes through. Shame I was lured by Pacman.
