Can this be used on the skin?

I don't know if it can be used directly on skin. But I use it on my sheets - spray the bed when I wake up and then sleep on it later - if that makes sense.

Water, Lavender and ionic silver.

Is this safe to use around parrots

The amount of essential oils in our spray is fairly dilute <3% and thus it is much less dangerous than undiluted essential oils. A few sprays here and there should not be an issue, especially if there is reasonable ventilation. Never spray directly on an animal, especially not near the eyes Also, don't spray places where your bird might be able to eat it off of the surface.

Do you have to wash it out, and does it leave behind a strong lavender scent? I have some sweaters that smell almost moldy but I don’t want to wash.

I use this on my ballistic vest. You do not have to wash it out. I don’t think it has a strong scent. I spray my vest after work and is dry and stink free next shift
