Skinny Hack's marketing team is doing a great job promoting their product with lines like this: "30% MORE THAN COMPETITORS - Our 2200 mg dosage is the highest available in pill form & contains over 30% more ACV per serving than other leading brands which generally contain 1500 mg or less."My issue is that the recommended amount of ACV for health benefits is 1 - 3 tablespoons/day, which equates to 14.3 - 42.9 grams. The serving size is 3 capsules which is 2200 mg or 2.2 grams. There are 30 servings per bottle, for a total of 66 grams or 4.62 tablespoons. So, ultimately, if I wanted to reap the health benefits of of ACV, according to experts, I would have to consume between 7 and 20 servings per day. I spent $22.45 for 1 to 4 days worth of vinegar, and that is completely my fault for not doing the math first.Another thing I'd like to point out, is that there's a sticker on the cap that says: "If you love your product, get your next 2 bottles FREE" followed by a link to go to. What I've learned about this marketing tactic, is that when people see that, many will feel obligated to give a positive review in order to get their "FREE" 2 bottles, regardless of how they feel about the product, and Skinny Hack is well aware of this.The bottom line is that it is apple cider vinegar (and whatever "Mothers" is), and I believe that the ingredients are accurate, but you have to decide for yourself if spending $4.86 for a tablespoon of ACV is worth it. I personally will never make this mistake again. You can buy a gallon of organic ACV with Mother (55 times more) for 54 cents more. I can not, in good conscience recommend this product.

I bought the apple cider pills to see if they would help with my frequent stomach aches. Wasn’t really expecting much. I can honestly say I’ve had one maybe two since I stared taking them three months ago. I was also pleasantly surprised that they helped with my heart burn. I wasn’t expecting that . I would take some sort of an antacid once or twice a week. Now none. Here is the best part. For me at least. I still have my tonsils. I’m not sure how many people get them but I would get tonsil stones. They are gross and smell terrible. I noticed after a few weeks I stopped getting them. I check all the time and haven’t had any in two months. If they only helped with the tonsil stones I would be greatly satisfied but they are also helping with my stomach and heart burn. I’m not sure if everyone will get the same great results that I did but I have to say it’s been money well spent. Side not . I asked my doctor what I would have to do to stop getting the tonsil stones. He said I would have to get the tonsil removed.

Apple cider vinegar has multiple medical benefits, and so I decided to add it to my diet. I tried several of the liquid forms, and they were a no-go for me. I would dread taking it because of the flavor, so I decided to try this in a capsule form, and it includes the “mother”, which is important. These capsules have made it possible for me to get the benefits of ACV without the daily challenge of what I perceived as the awful flavor of the liquid form. The only negative for me is that it has not helped with weight loss at all, and ACV is said to be helpful in that way. Regardless, the health benefits are there, and weight loss is up to me anyway. I had just hoped it would help.

I like the apple cider vinegar with mother . My entire family now uses it . It’s great for boosting your immune system . When you get it there will be a coupon in the box to rate it and post it and they will give you two free bottles . DONT FEEl that out . That to me is not true . I have purchased 5 bottles since March 15 and they REFUSED to send me my free bottles after following all the instructions on the card and submitting it . You can’t get ahold of them either the email address is not correct and there is no phone number . I believe they want you to give it all the great reviews and say they will give you the free bottle that you deserve and then they DONT!

I have tried several different apple cider vinegar products but never one as powerful as this. I was hesitant to switch back to capsules because I'm used to the Bragg's liquid ACV and had good results but I got sick of the taste. I bought this product because it's organic and contains the mother (also it's the highest dosage I could find and I searched everywhere). I'm super glad I did because the results have been amazing. Much better than any other capsule ACV I've used and even more powerful than liquid which is incredible.Within no time after starting use of this product, I noticed remarkable improvements in digestion and and my bloating is entirely gone. I've also lost about 5 lbs because this product does an amazing job of suppressing my cravings for late night snacks. I'm sold on this product and will continue to use.
