I should have bought the medium one as the large size I ordered didn't fit good on my belly. This isn't too bad a good one at this price tag. It's made in China and they can't spell security on the pouch.After a week use updating it. It rolls down in front and the silver springs on the back hurts. I would suggest all to buy a good waist brace. Don't buy a cheap one as it is not worth it just to expend your money and again buy another one in few months. Buy once but a good one which will last atleast an year.

I have worn it for 4 days to ensure an unbias review. First of all, the size is correct as discribed. I purchased the size L which is peefectly fitting me (36). secondly, it holds my waist very tightly. I wore it during one soccer game and two work outs, which feels really strong, and very light weight.In clusion, I highly recommend this product of you work out regularly, or if you have any injure on waist.

kinda worthless. I'm not long waisted at all and this belt didn't really cover enough area to actually serve its purpose. after a day, the elastic wore all gross. and i'm on the smaller end of the spectrum.

It is a good waist belt with a good price. I bought this one and I will bought this one for one of my friends in the future. It is just such great for supporting compression. The price again is acceptable. Recommended it.

Bought this for a friend's dad and he really likes it. Supports the back very well, and would be helpful for people with back injuries.

I love this waist brace because it really gives support to the lower back and it's really comfortable to wear.
