Yes but the handles must be clean, dry and grease free first if smooth key with a little sand paper, primer and spray last

What type of question is that??. It is a paint for wood metal and plastic. It is not for shoes.!!!!.

The nozzled has become blocked after 2 uses. I have soaked the nozzle in white spirit but to no avail. Does anyone have any tips to unblock it?

It probably needs cellulose thinner rather than white spirit to clear. White spirit is only good for oil based paints.
