This product works for helping me go to sleep at night, I am a real insomniac and can never get to sleep at normal hours without this stuff, I take some melatonin and 2 cap falls of this ionic magnesium and I am relaxed in 30 minutes asleep with in the hour, I have tried melatonin alone and it's no good for a full night's sleep, I need the magnesium for the relaxing effects, I tried CALM but it gives me diarrhea, so Ionic magnesium works best for me,

Effective , gives me good sleep

Oddly enough, this product has saved me from the dentist chair. I have a tooth with a dying nerve that gets really painful. I am not able to have the oral surgery to have it removed. For over 6 months, whenever i start feeling pain i just start swishing a couple of tablespoons of this magnesium in my mouth and after awhile, perhaps a few hours the pain will be gone and sometimes stay gone for weeks. I also notice that my teeth seem harder and less porous. Will continue to keep this product on hand

I take this in conjunction with Eidon's Potassium Mineral Supplement. I have used this combination for 4 months and I can sincerely state that this combo has lowered my blood pressure--both the systolic and diastolic--10 points. I use two dropper full 1x each day on an empty stomach with 2 ounces of loads of pulp orange juice. I would recommend mixing it with juice, because if you place it directly under your tongue straight from the bottle it is not a pleasant taste---it's a mineral--and therefore the taste stays with you for quite awhile.

I can’t take supplements due to my chemical and sulfite sensitivity but I have no problem with this.
