The meat is very salty. Please kindly reduce the amount salt, otherwise it is good.

Flavor = Firm but not hard. A salty and cheesy taste. Melts in mouth easily.Value for money = It's worth getting an european ham in your house in this time.However, the box must have an extra cover for continuing storing.
