These metal corner protectors are small, but they will look very cute on my little 4"x6" wooden trinket boxes. If your projects are larger than that, I'd suggest looking for larger corner protectors. These are just right for my project and will probably look good on smaller boxes too. I did have one issue, and that's that mine didn't come with mounting hardware, but it was just a mistake. I contacted the seller, and even though they couldn't ship mounting hardware separately, they offered a $3 refund which I accepted. So now I just have to search for tiny bronze colored screws before I can attach them. I was planning on glueing and nailing/screwing them on because there are holes in them for the screws, and without anything in them, they are just really obvious holes. They arrived on time and in good condition, so nothing against the seller or shipper. Sometimes these things happen!

I think they add character and work great on any box. I used them to make this box as a present for someone and they just love it. The box I used it on was a cigar sized box.

I think the pictures for the 1" and the 1.6" versions may be swapped. The 1" pictures show two holes and I specifically ordered those because I wanted to maximize the extension of the fastener from the corner. Instead I got braces with one hole in the middle.

These are very pretty. They just weren’t the right design for a cabinet that I renovated. They didn’t have a strong enough impact; very petite. Amazon was awesome with the return. A little too ornate for me

Decorative, but incredibly small. Probably could use them for some doll house furniture.
