They are SO comfortable and stretchy and work exactly how you need them to. I am 5 ft 4 in and weighed about 160 after giving birth. The small fit me very well.

After giving birth, I quickly realized that regular pads weren't going to cut it, and these underwear provided the protection and peace of mind I desperately needed during those unpredictable first weeks. The absorbency is truly impressive. I never experienced any leaks, even overnight or during those unexpected sneezing fits that new moms know all too well (hello, postpartum bladder control issues!). The material felt soft against my sensitive skin, and I appreciated that they didn't have that crinkly, diaper-like sound that some similar products have. They're discreet enough that I felt comfortable wearing them under regular clothing without feeling self-conscious. The odor control technology actually works well too - a crucial feature during the postpartum period when you're dealing with various fluids and don't always have time to change immediately. I never experienced any embarrassing odor issues while wearing these. Now for the reason this isn't a five-star review: the sizing runs significantly smaller than indicated on the package. I ordered based on the size chart and weight range listed, but they fit much tighter than expected. This was particularly uncomfortable during postpartum recovery when you're already dealing with enough discomfort. I would strongly recommend sizing up at least one size from what the package suggests - possibly even two sizes if you're at the higher end of the weight range. The tight fit didn't compromise the protection, thankfully, but it did make them less comfortable than they could have been, especially around the leg openings where they tended to dig in slightly. This is particularly notable for postpartum use when comfort is a major priority. Despite the sizing issue, I would still recommend these underwear to new moms or anyone dealing with incontinence. Just be aware of the sizing discrepancy and order accordingly. They truly were essential for my recovery, providing reliable protection when I needed it most, allowing me to focus on my new baby rather than worrying about leaks or frequent changes.

AWESOME!!! Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have tried others and most failed. This one is so dependable.I am working with my Dr. but until I can get my bladder issues fixed this product has saved me from what could have been a few disasters. It fits great, it’s not bulgy at all, and can be trusted to do its job well. It’s embarrassing to admit I have a problem but if this helps even one person thats awesome. Minor leaks not a problem, major gushes can be handled as long as the pull-ups is not pulled up too high thinking that will work better, um NO it won’t. If worn like regular underwear (no one can tell you have it on) and you can trust it can do the job, you won’t be disappointed. I’m so impressed. Nothing leaks as you walk to change to a new one. There is no pee smell. I found out the hard way that this product is awesome, in a hard spot I knew I wasn’t going to make the restroom and a bladder that leaked with each step I was panicked then it happened pee just dropped I was ready to be devastated but so happy no one was the wiser because it did it’s job then didn’t fall apart while getting to a restroom. I keep a spare in a flat makeup bag in my purse for emergencies, no one knows it’s there. Helpful hint. I tuck a small trash bag in the make up bag (for disposal) with it. I don’t like stinky garbage pales. Don’t waste your time on those “made for diapers” pales, they’ll just prove disappointing and not worth the money. I learned with my grand babies diapers that if you roll them up and tuck the ends around them tight. Take a plastic bag (i get the cheap 2 gallon ones) and trop diaper into the bottom of one, get out the air, give the bag a good twist, fold the extra over that twist again and do it again if you like, tie a knot in the end and your can’s won’t get the nasty smell. If postpartum glamour had a mascot — it would definitely be these disposable undies. After natural birth, these became my absolute favorites. Forget the huge hospital pads (those things could double as couch cushions 😅) — these underwear were actually comfortable, stayed in place, and had amazing hold capacity. They kept everything exactly where it needed to stay, which is basically the only definition of “sexy” that matters at 3 days postpartum. The size fit great, the quality was solid, and for the price, the value for money is totally worth it. They’re not washable — but honestly, who in early postpartum is trying to do more laundry? Throwing them away was part of the healing process 😂 Perfect protection for those first days when comfort and convenience are everything.

I've needed these due to stress incontinence from a prolonged and very strong cough. I tried a few different options and have to say these were the best fitting. I ordered according to the size chart and the Large was perfect as a size 16-18. It also doesn't have the absurdly high cut legs or cheeky backs some other brands had. Good coverage and stretch, pretty discreet under close fitting clothes, good absorbency/protection from leaks. But they smell SOOOOO strong. I've had the package open for weeks, fanned them out a bit hoping they'd air out and lose some of the fragrance. Nope. It's a very strong floral, kinda sweet perfumy smell no matter how I store them, how long they've been out of the package, and continue to smell the entire time I'm wearing them. My skin became irritated as well after a few uses. Can't conclusively say it's because of the fragrance, but can't have helped. So disappointed I can't continue to use them because, again, it's a great fit and leak protection. I've periodically used the Always Discreet liners in the past, and while also scented, as I recall it was a very light, not too noticeable scent. This product's smell is very strong, not pleasant.

I ordered this for delivery and postpartum and would say it’s worth value for money. I used this for my first delivery and now second as well. Postpartum leakage are heavy and these underwear keeps from leaking out that would typically happen with regular pads. Thus, they absorb heavy bleeding and need to change in couple of hours. Are stretchable and comfortable for day and night time use. Must have for postpartum flow! Hospital bag!
