This will do until I get another, but it's not fantastic. It's far too easy to cut uneven bars, and counts on the user's ability to make straight cuts to the bottom. Much of the time, my bars come out slanted, slightly thinner at the bottom. The wavy cutter is better, because it is wider and stays straighter in the grooves. Also, the nuts and bolts holding the adjustable part are difficult to tighten well, and tend to move slightly while you cut, requiring adjustment during the process. (I'm talking about cutting a 3-pound loaf, not something incredible). A loose wing nut means the little adjuster slides, and even a tiny bit makes your bars slant sideways.If you want to cut up some rustic bars for home use and gifting, this is cool. If you want even bars for selling, save until you have enough for a good wire cutter. This is only slightly better than using a knife or bench scraper.

The beveler blade is crud. I removed it entirely from mine. Soaps tend to fall into the opening for the beveler blade toward the last few inches of a loaf. I cut a piece of silicone baking mat to bridge that gap and save my nice, clean edges. The miter box part works fine, though I don't bother with the stopper. The cutters are meh. Haven't used the crinkle cut, but the flat one is a bog standard bench scraper. Wire cutters give much neater cuts.

For the price it is a good product. It's a little hard to adjust though. And the cleaning/bevel blade slips out of place easily even after being tightened to where I can't tighten any more! But again, for the price it works ok just for cutting. I do like the wavy cutter as well

horrible construction. Does not cut straight and the wood started splintering off after first use. Not happy.Update: I have had this cutter for a long while now, I have tried everything to get it to work properly. Still cuts very uneven and splinters off everywhere. I posted my original review a long while ago, would have been nice if the company contacted me to fix the issue.

Love this product! Cuts my soap nice and even and the blades are sturdy. Love the ruffle blade to spice up my plainer colored soaps. Worth the money way better than eyeballing it.

You don’t get an even cut.

This cutter arrived broken. Nothing that some gorilla glue wont fix since it is made of wood, but all the same that was a disappointment. Other than that, the cutter is going to meet my needs very well.

Bottom of the wood cracked after two uses. I literally don’t know what happened. 🗣Booooo👎🏽

nice solid build...works great. just received but have already run close to 50 soap loaves thru this cutter...and it has functioned very well. doesn't shift, easy to maneuver,very happy!

It would probably be given a five. But I purchased it from warehouse deals. And it had a huge crack in the wood. I repaired it. I was just a bit disappointed that they would even sell it that way
