Shipped DIY ice maker with no installations instructions. In fact there was ZERO paperwork in the box. The parts for the ice maker were separately shrink wrapped and rattling around in the box like this was a rebuilt unit or something. The parts do look new and everything is working. . This is not the cheapest in freezer ice maker on Amazon, but they sure treat it like it is. Also, install directions do not exist in the Daewoo Refrigerator manual (which I have) and Daewoo does not have them on their support website either. A search for this manual on the internet turns up nothing. Very frustrating. I am pretty handy and there is an install video for kitchenaid ice maker produced by Sears and available on youtube that is close enough to get the job done. Ice maker is making ice for me, but this should come with some sort of directions.

The item arrived inside of a standard amazon shipping box that was in perfect condition. However, the box INSIDE was torn to pieces, had obvious damage to the box, holes (which had tape over them to close them), and had been previously opened and retaped. The ice maker container was broken, gouged, and filled with trash, dirt and debris. The main body had a sizable dent as well. And finally, no installation instructions or warranty information was included in the box. Not super happy with this purchase obviously.
