This wasn’t very sweet which I liked and it had a really nice chocolate flavor.I’m on keto and like a little sweetness but not the heavy sweet flavor that comes with xylitol/erythritol/swerve.For sweetness I add lily chocolate chips.Great with unsweetened organic shredded coconut and organic heavy cream. It’s my favorite treat!The texture isn’t dry and super crunchy, its firm but perfect compared to some other keto cereals/granolas I’ve had before.I usually get Sola and this for me is much better.The only downside is I wish you got more for the money. However I eat a 1/3 cup maybe twice a week and adding coconut and chips extends the quantity.Definitely will buy it again and I recommend the product.

My favorite healthy granola! I put it in yogurt in the morning and I also sprinkle it on my ice cream at night! It makes for a good snack too. The packaging keeps it fresh because you can zip it up easily. It usually doesn’t last very long though so that’s not been too much of a problem! My favorite part is the texture-it’s crunchy and light. It’s low sugar , low carb but not over sweetened with stevia or monk fruit or another which give it that weird aftertaste. Finally, the price is decent running about $1.00 less than comparable brands

I eat keto breakfast. I use 2-3 oz of this. Some almonds. Some cinnamon and 4-6 oz of plain whole milk Greek yogurt.This is a really nice flavor to mix in with plain yogurt. But it is not cheap I buy it once a month last a week if you use a small amount in the yogurt. Fairly healthy for keto. Wish it were a bit cheaper.

Love the chocolatey taste, not too sweet, no aftertaste, and it has nice even bits of mostly nuts and flavor (not powder plus huge clumps like some other low-carb granolas.) I add it to yogurt with low-carb chocolate chips for breakfast sometimes. For a big (1/3) cup serving, it's only 1 net carb.Only drawback is the small package and highish price -- I have to buy several packets and ration it. Would be nice if it came in a larger bag with a bit of savings.

This is really a nice snack for those of us that are diabetic. I really like it but there is a problem . The carbs are low which is great. I have to take 2 Stars away because of the high amount of saturated fat. It's one thing to have fat in something but for it to be saturated and claim its healthy doesn't work for me.

I was looking for a long time for Keto granola, and finally found it. It is so flavorful without any preservatives, satisfying ,all natural, no added sugar, only healthy ingredients. I already ordered 5 additional bags, this is my to go breakfast, snack and even dessert, love it! When you can read the ingredients, you know it's good.

This helps with my sweet tooth a little bit. My only issue is that the bag says 10 @ 1/3 cup servings... I carefully measure every serving and get maybe 7-8 servings. I think the serving size is really 1/4 cup to get 10 servings. Besides that, great stuff. It hasn't kicked me out of ketosis and is yummy to eat with some berries.

I love big and savory breakfasts but I can't and shouldn't have them everyday. Which us why I like this nut cereal. A much healthier option during the week when I just need to get my day started and feel satisfied. If I made this nut cereal on my own, it would cost me a lot more because of the time I would have to put into it to make this yummy as it is! I dont eat it every day so this will last me about 2 weeks IF the hubby doesnt get into it!
