We needed a new coffee machine for work and this one has pretty solid reviews so I got it and honestly it works above and beyond it's fast and the coffee tastes great it's pretty good quality

It’s honestly been one of the best purchases for our kitchen. Even though it’s labeled “commercial,” it fits fine on our counter and looks sleek with the stainless steel design.It’s super easy to use—just pour the water in the top, add your grounds, and it brews pretty fast. The two glass carafes are a huge plus. We use one for regular and one for decaf, or just keep a backup pot ready during brunch or family gatherings. The warmers do a great job keeping everything hot without making it taste burnt.Cleanup is straightforward, and the machine feels solid and well-built. If you’ve got a coffee-loving household or like to host, this is definitely worth the investment. It’s more efficient and dependable than most standard home coffee makers I’ve owned.

The coffee machine works great! Good for office use! Makes good coffee for 5 to 8 servings at a time! Same durability with commercial grade coffee machine!

I needed a new coffee maker for the office. This was a great choice. I love the stainless steel design which is also easy to wipe.down clean. A good polish is not really needed. The coffee comes out perfectly and keeps the second pot hot on top. Easy to understand buttons and same setup as most commercial coffee makers on where to put the water and coffee. Nice thick glass containers and there are filters ready for you use. Fits well for places with not a lot of counter space

This coffee machine, while a little slow to make coffee (15 minutes for a full pot) has worked well. That is until this morning, when I added water, it came pouring out the side and bottom of the machine. It will no longer hold any water. What a mess. I bought this machine in September 2024 and make on average one pot a day.Updated: SYBO replaced the unit with a new one. This one is working great so far, still a little slow, but it works properly.

Product did not operate properly, leaked and drip coffee did notprocess. Very disappointed with customer service. Customer servicerequired us as customers to continually to provide photographs of thefaculty unit. Rather that creating a easy return so that the manufacurer coulddetermine the faulty components which they were responsible for producing.I had to have repeated conversations and finally contaced Amazonand they assisted with a credit however since the return windowwas past we were assessed a $52.00 restocking fee.

I recently purchased this coffee maker, and it has been what we needed! The stainless steel build is incredibly durable and easy to clean up. I love that it comes with two glass carafes which allows me to brew two batches of coffee for all my workers. Coffee tastes amazing every time. Whether you're brewing for a large group or just need a lot of coffee for the day, this coffee maker handles it perfectly. It's a great machine!

We purchased two of these for our church coffee bar. They're well worth the cost, which is a fraction of the name-brand comps. They brew quickly & have been a dependable asset to our morning services. Many happy, caffeinated, worshippers!
