Works great for brush painting too
Paint arrived early and intact, with the factory package inside a bubble mailer. The bottles were well sealed and showed no leakage.I don't own an airbrush nor do I plan to acquire one anytime soon due to cost, site constraints, etc. Vallejo Model Air (the airbrush line, Model Color is the brush line) works great for brush painting, in fact I find I need to thin it slightly. I really like how easy it is to shake up Air in the bottle compared to Color, and I don't have to thin it as much before painting. This paint is very good, and I am having very good results with the WW2 era USN and USMC models I am building. It brushes on great, thinning and clean up is with water, and it doesn't smell bad.I wish I had these paints when I was a youth, I would have built tons more models. Vallejo paints have restarted my scale modeling and made it orders of magnitude more enjoyable over using enamels. They have made modeling enjoyable and relaxing. I will be buying more soon I am sure...

I love Vallejo paint
As a former enamel user, when Testors went out of business I was forced to try acrylics. I wish I had done so sooner. Vallejo paint goes on smooth, generally covers very well, dries fast, and cleans up easily. Although these paints are intended to be used in an airbrush, I've found you can still hand brush them with decent results. Good stuff.

Warbird acrylic paint sprays great
Likes: realistic colors for USN and USMC ww2 warbirds.Dislikes: USN sea blue looks more dark gray than navy blue.

Good acrylics!
Slowly making the change to acrylics. I have a little experience with Tamiya’s, but these seem to be very good as well!!

Great results
being a ww2 naval plane fanatic, these colors suited what i wanted the planes to look like very well. it seems that you get a lot more for your money by purchasing these packs of paints rather than individual paints. the colors are very accurate and look good on their own without gloss coatings. very good quality paint. they do need a little dilution with air brush thinner prior to painting. for every 5 drops of paint i used 1 to 2 drops of thinner, and the results came out fantastic. definitely recommend this brand.
