My kid was having heel pain. When I got these to put in her shoes she told me it really helped. The heels of the soles are thick and cushiony. They fit perfectly into her sketchers big kid size 1 shoes and dont move around. There’s some space at the front so would it in smaller shoes as well. I recommend it for its quality.

I ordered shoes off here that had a right insert in the left shoe 🤦🏻‍♀️ so I needed new insoles. I ordered these and I'm glad I did.So much nicer than the original insole. Fit perfectly for my son's "big kid 3" shoes (he is 10yo.) And he said he loved the squishy gel feel. Very nice. Would order again.

My son was complaining of his feet hurting after soccer. So we bought these inserts that give more support. He likes how they feel, he describes it as spongy and bouncy. He has been using these without any complaints. We have been swapping out all the inserts with these in most his shoes.

They seem okay on support and comfort. We'll have to see on that score. But they were very small, I sized up and they were almost too small to use anyway. I ordered the 13 through 13.5 size to use on a size 12 shoes. The insoles for a few millimeters shorter than the ones that had been in the shoes.

My 13 year old is very active and is ALWAYS either playing sports or running/jumping somewhere, some way lol. She began having issues with her feet and even up one of her legs and we narrowed it down to her soccer cleats. It seemed like everytime she wore her cleats she’s be limping the next day. She said the pain was mostly in her arch, a little in her heel and different parts of her leg. Before taking her to any type of doctor we decided to try arch supports (mostly because of the arch complaints) and I’ve had issues myself in years past, so I was pretty confident that an arch support could fix the issues going on. I narrowed it down to this one and one other that looked like it had a higher arch but landed on this one because I thought it would be better to take it slow rather then choose an extreme and go from there. She tried this arch support in her cleat and didn’t notice anything different right away, but we encouraged her to use them a week or two and see how she feels. Literally THE DAY she started wearing them we never heard another complaint and she never had another issue. They also seem to be holding up well and she plays soccer everyday so they get a lot of use! 10/10 recommend

I liked how easy they were to insert. Seemed to have decent padding. My daughter didn’t really have an opinion about them. Works fine for the use and fit.
