Got these for right after having first baby. I did not have a c-section so I did not have an incision site to worry about. However they did not fit the floppy belly I had a few days after giving birth. They worked better a few weeks after I had the baby. Helped to hold in extra skin after tummy had gone down a bit. But until around 2-3 weeks after they would roll down from the high waist to about where normal underwear sit which was a drag. Now 6 weeks later they stay up and help hold in the pudge. Though after wearing them for more than 12 hours the top loosens and creates some gaps. they tighten up a little bit after washing them.The four pack of colors match the advertised picture.I got a medium and am probably a size 6 in pants now after having a baby.

I liked them overall. Very silky smooth feel. No panty lines if you get the correct size. They do not have a lot of give so if you are on the curvy side I would suggest ordering the next size up.

Panties are a great fit - no panty lines - pulls in tummy - comfortable around the crouch - What more can a girl ask for :) The only con is, I noticed the panty becoming loser around the crouch area. I would suggest ordering additional packs.

I actually like these underwear but the waist is small and hard to get over my curvy hips. Also one pair fit better than another pair from the same package.

I bought these panties because I was looking for high waisted underwear to wear immediately following a c-section as I knew my regular underwear would rub the incision location. These were perfect for that as they hit above the belly button. They are very comfortable and I like that they are seamless and are a lightweight, smooth fabric. They were not too tight or restrictive which was also good post delivery.
