THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE UNIVERSE
Get ready for one-word replies, tracking number that doesn't work not knowing when your bike will arrive.The bike came all of sudden after two weeks, the basket was damaged. Other than that I am quite happy with the bike but I would never go through all the stress again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
