I was so tired of hot wigs, and although i liked the look of my clip ins, they both were starting to give me a headache. This was the perfect solution to wearing something very natural looking involving my hair similar to the clip ins, without the clamps and headache. I watched a few youtube videos that convinced me that this would be an easy enough install, and I took the plunge. It looks very natural, is soft, and although I purchased 2 packs, I only used 1 pack. I wanted to fit more in, but one ended up being all I needed. I plan on re-clamping the beads, by pushing them back up towards my scalp every couple of weeks, because this hair will probably last a few months. It took me about 3 hours to get it completely done. I will continue to do this again, because it looks beautiful, it's quality hair, and it's low maintenance once you get it installed. Pretty undetectable, and looks natural.

1 day impression: I could barely find any other kinky straight microloop hair extensions on Amazon, especially prime, so I ordered these. They arrived quickly.Texture: Upon first impression, the hair is really soft. It's a good kinky straight/blown out texture and straightens easily at even 370F. I marked the strand I straightened.Fullness: The ends are extremely, unacceptably thin. In addition to this, the hair is broken in several areas (lots of flyaways). For microloops, I find this unacceptable because given that your own hair is out and adds volume to the hairstyle, if the ends are thin, it's even more visible. I added red lines where a hairstylist would normally cut your thin ends if you went to the salon.Color: I bleached it and it bleached quickly. I'm not a professional hair colorist, so I don't know if it took well, but good enough for me (pics attached for you to decide for yourself).Length: these were true to length, if not even a little longer, however, this doesn't matter much given that the hair is so incredibly thin at the ends.Loops: the hole is really small so I had to pull out very small sections of my own hair. The loops will break every now and then so make sure you have your own hook as well in case that happens or else you'll have to throw hair away!I'll circle back after a couple weeks of wearing it to let you know about long-term wear.[edit] after wearing it for 6 weeks, I desperately had to take these out because the hair was such poor quality and couldn't hold up. Removal was easy at least, but I definitely don't recommend buying the kinky texture.

This hair starts off kinky but after instal, it becomes a silky yaki texture. Does not hold kink like the image. Was easy to install, did not have a strange smell. Curls well.

So I got one good pack and one bad pack...Good pack experience hair is everything!! So natural looking and easy to install, everything you’d want out of extensions....Bad pack lordt just take the wheel it was super hard to pull your hair thru which meant I actually ran out of hair because I had to pull less hair through. Then the extension had an excessive amount of glue above and beneath the bead. I actually had to clamp the hair above, beneath then the bead.Pros: hair mimics natural blow dried hair. It’s super soft, holds a nice curl, great even if you have thinner hair (I do), you don’t feel the beads when sleeping, if your hair is a natural black like mines you know black with the low tone of brown it will match perfectly, the beads are also black not brown like most link extensions and last but not least the beads are tiny which works better with thinner hair.Cons: extensions are not consistent package to package, sheds like crazy so you have to give it a good brushingOverall I like the extensions and will most likely purchase again

You're going to need much patience with these but the results will be satisfactory if done right. If you have a subpar flat iron, then you will not be able to fully straighten this hair. So in other words, do not attempt to straighten these AFTER they are on your head and forget about using that cheap straightener. Invest in at LEAST a babyliss/chi, etc. (And those still not 5 star appliances). In order to get the most natural effect, I had a professional cut it--not in layers, but with a razor/point cutting technique. These extensions can also be complimented with a good quality kinky straight wefted hair, strategically placed, glued at the top with "Liquid Gold Bond". Overall, satisfying purchase and good results. Will update in a week or so (they've been in for about a week so far.

The hair pretty quickly but it did smell so I had to wash it. I would definitely recommend this step if you are planning on installing this in your hairThis hair does NOT blend in well with 4C natural hair. You will 100% have to straighten your natural hair and if you live some where humid, forget about this. Also this hair sheds ALOT. I haven’t had human hair shed like this in forever, It may be because the micro link is cheaply made. Also I have a couple of pieces of micro link break in the process of installing but luckily I did buy extra so it wasn’t a problem. It is very easy to install, all you need is the tool to flatten the micro links and it stay. I installed this hair 3 days ago and will probably take it out this weekend because it does not look as good as it thought it would

They were really easy to install, not all of them are the same size so you have to take different amounts of hair. I did dye mine and it took about 45 minutes to process. I did find lots of red and gray strands prior to dying. I was told by a professional that it is a synthetic blend not 100%human hair. It takes several passes to get it really straight. I wouldn't try this company again because it states that this is 100% human hair and it is not. I ordered two packs and I only used one for a vixen versatile style. It did not come with the "free gifts" of hair clips in the picture either.
