Don't buy this one! There are better ones on Amazon!I Don't know where to start! Because I've never had to give such a horrible review. Let me first say although I am only getting 8 cubes out of the 9 I'm keeping it. We also had to secure this with a few zip ties. I feel like the company should make it right however, not likely! Lol...That said, it's cute and it will serve it's purpose. I bought it for my closet to store some shoes and purses. I read all the reviews. Even watched the YouTube video as one reviewer suggested. They were putting together similar units but from different companies with way better results.I was shorted a panel and a few of the black connectors. Other reviewes for this unit had same issue. Not understanding why someone can't count? Where's good ole QC? Sturdiness, not bad it will be fine. We needed to use needle nose pliars in a few areas rather than the small wooden mallet that came with it to pinch the pieces of metal tightly together around connecting corners. Some absolutely wouldn't stay connected, hence the zip ties. Certain Doors sagged. This company didn't include magnets for the doors other companies provide the consumer. I noticed in the YouTube video. On my unit the doors open and close various directions in order to fit properly. I'll attach little magnets or tiny pieces of velcro for a secure closure. Just had to play around with them. As you can see in my photos we're a cube short. For 40 bucks and 90 minutes worth of time. I'm seriously laughing out a loud! What else can you do. Great concept. If it weren't going in my closet it would definitely be going back to the company! I trust this was a helpful review I'm only being honest! Oh as for the the directions well, they are actually drawings for various cube units this company sells. It's not really rocket science putting them together to begin with as long as you have ENOUGH PARTS! The video on youtube is helpful. I mean who doesn't find a good youtube video helpful!

I wanted to utilize the space of a second level clothes rack in my closet. Being 5’3”, I couldn’t really hang/reach clothes on that upper rod. I had been using plastic bins on the shelf, but those weren’t practical to use on a daily basis. I saw these cubes with doors and thought I’d give it a try. It was easy enough to put together, but I recommend watching YouTube videos of others who did. The instructions that were included with the kit aren’t very helpful. Although this is a set of 9 cubes, I used 8 in this 4 on 4 configuration. They tell you certain configurations will work with the parts they include, however this wasn’t one of them. I ended up with 3 sides, 1 door, and 3 connectors left over, which aren’t enough to make a 9th cubby. I’m just keeping them for spare parts. Anyway, I love the storage it’s given me! I can store clothes, purses, hats, gloves, etc, dust-free, and all easily accessible. One thing I did do to add stability was to use 5 plastic wire ties to attach the metal cube frames to the wood clothes rod on top, just to give some support to the structure. It’s sturdy enough on its own but I live in CA and we stabilize everything here in earthquake country, lol. I really like how this unit has made previously unusable space functional and accessible, as well as dust free. I feel so organized now!

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing two of these and they arrived very quickly, however what you need to understand is the material used is NOT a hard plastic with wire, it is a type of vinyl kind of like a pool material is ,there for this cannot be used to store heavy items if you place something heavy the material sags and corners will come apart however this can be used to store lightweight as the cubes are a sufficient size ,it was easy to put together but I am not 100 percent happy with this purchase but it will do for now an I will not be purchasing again because it just isn’t worth the price based off the weak material.

Update:The seller contacted me and offered either refund or replacement. Although it took a while, not the worse. So I change my review from 2 stars to 3 stars.---------------------This product is poorly manufactured, the overall quality is not as expected. As you may see in this picture, some pieces are poorly sealed and cannot be used, also a black connector broke while I was assembling, almost cut my hand. I tried to contact the seller, no response of course.I have purchased other similar storage cubes and satisfied with them, but definitely not with these ones. If you are thinking like me "they are all the same", stop, go find other more sturdy ones with better reviews.

I ordered this to organize my hair care products in my bedroom by my vanity. It made a totally cluttered area (yes I have a lot of hair care products, curling irons, blow dryers, etc.) and made it so much neater and more organized. If I was thinking I would've taken before and after pics. When I read reviews about missing parts, I laugh. Stuff happens during packaging sometimes, so unless you've contacted the seller and they refuse to send the missing parts, then it's not that serious. It's holding very well for bottles/tubes/jars of oils, sprays, creams, etc. I put all my curling and flat irons in a bottom cube and have had no issues. The panels aren't sagging and doors pretty much stay closed and this is with a significant amount of items in each cube. You do have to make sure that you snap the pieces all the way in the connectors when assembling but that's the same with any of these cube organizers. I'm very pleased with my purchase!
