This product works great

My brother installed our new flooring. We tried the crap at HomeDepot and ended up throwing that stuff away. This is the only product we will use from now on. Great results and easy to use.

Have used this as countertops and laid it down as my kitchen floor as well! It has help up and not cracked nor stained as of yet. Has been down for about a month as flooring and my neighbors LOVE IT!!! It looks great, matches my counters, and was fairly inexpensive to have the flooring I wanted!

This product is easy to work with, however if you are using this as anything other than what the product was originally designed for, do not expect to get any support what so ever from Ardex customer service. I tried calling the company a couple of times about the product and when I explained that I was not using it as an underlayment, the agents I chatted with became annoyed that we weren't using for it's intended purpose and a bit rude. This is where I believe the company gets it wrong. It is understandable that Ardex might become annoyed that many of their customers are not using the Feather Finish for the originally intended purpose, but we are still are your customers, so being rude is unprofessional. So if you choose to use this as a countertop overlay or a tabletop overlay, be sure to get as many potential questions answered before hand...from other sources other than Ardex. The directions on the bag are okay, but don't be afraid to add a tad bit more cold water than recommended if the batch is too thick to work with. We used this as an overlayment for a counter and it looks great so far. We did enjoy using this project, but are looking into using a Micro Cement from another company next time.
