Christmas gift for my Uncle
My uncle sent this link to what he wanted for his gift. Not sure how well it works but he hasn't complained so it must be doing its job. LOL!

Works as intended! Please read my detailed review.
Positive notes about this item:I took it to the range yesterday and it worked out pretty well. I put it on my AR-15 to catch the brass so I can reload it. It doesn't weigh much and doesn't throw off the balance of my rifle. The bag is sturdy enough to catch HOT brass without melting the mesh. If anyone has an AR-15, they know how hot the brass can get. So that's saying something about the construction of the bag. I like the metal wire in it, which keeps the bag open and in a nice form. I only had one issue with a shell not ejecting fully (see negative section of this review), but without the metal wiring, I can see that issue happening a lot more frequently. So I would recommend this brass catcher over the "limp" bag ones. It slides right onto your picatinny rail, can easily be removed by just pulling it off. Good quality construction and you don't have to go searching around on the ground for your brass when you're done firing. I like it, it works as intended, what else can I say. Yes, I would recommend buying this product.Negative notes about this item:I did have one issue though. Out of about 60 rounds fired, one ejected, but not fully (I'm assuming it had to hit the bag itself, since I was only 1/3rd of the way through a 30 round magazine so the bag was not full and it didn't hit other brass) and the bolt pushed the next round into the chamber, but did not close fully because the previous shell wasn't able to fully eject. So the bolt shut with the previous shell sticking out, preventing the bolt from fully closing and preventing the gun from firing until I removed the bag, opened the bolt, removed the spent shell casing, and then closed the bolt fully on the round in the chamber. I have never had a round not fully eject when I was not using this bag (out of easily 1,000's of rounds fired from that gun) so I know it had to be the bag, that was the only change made to the gun. So I would NOT use this while hunting because you want to ensure every round chambers properly. When hunting, you don't fire that many rounds so it's not a big deal to pick up, or even lose, just a few shells. The only other minor complaint I have is when you're rapidly firing and the brass builds up quickly in the bag, the still smoking (with burnt gunpowder) brass is right by your face and you're breathing in the fumes. But I'm sure that would happen with any brass catcher since the ejection port is positioned right next to your face and that's where brass catchers go.Neutral notes about this product:I would like to be able to buy several of the picatinny mounts that this slides onto. I have several AR's and I reload the brass from all of them. I can only fire one gun at a time so I only need one bag. But if I can buy several rail mounts, I would be able to switch the bag from gun to gun without having to use any tools. If you could please sell the mounts separately (or even include multiple mounts with the purchase of this item), I guarantee you will make a lot of firearm enthusiasts very very happy! If you are an AR guy/girl, you know you can't buy just one AR haha. There are so many choices out there, different builds you can do, different purposes you can make them for, etc. It's a very versatile platform and I would like to be able to put the picatinny mount on all of my rifles and just put the bag on the one I'm currently using. The ease of removing the bag is amazing, just a simple pull, but the picatinny mount itself, requires a tool to remove it and put it on a different rifle. So please sell more mounts, you have one guaranteed customer right here and I will buy 5 more!

Great brass catcher
Easy to install. Worked great at the indoor range where I’ve been loosing valuable brass for many sessions! A must for ranges that frown on wasting time picking up brass.

Better than the Caldwell version.
I like this but be careful not to tighten the attachment screw more than is necessary. You'll easily strip it.

May not fit a scoped outfit
Good customer service. poor packaging. Small parts are not secured, Good construction & materials. Fit is problematic. If you are intending to mount on a scoped AR you will likely have clearance problems. The velcro mount is the way to go with a scope. The rail mount will interfere with your rings or turret. A red dot or holo may be OK.Good stuff with some limitations.
