First item I have ever returned to AmazonThe printer seems ok but I never turned it on since it was delivered USED!!the printer which had no indication of "open box" or 2nd hand outside or inside the packing had the paper roll that is supposed to come with, already installed and half used inside its cartridge, with the printed & used half of the roll stuffed inside with the little of what was left from the original....Yes It's a cheap printer, but I'm not about to take responsibility over someone elses usage

The printer works as it should. I was able to get it printing tickets fairly easily. However, this was only after replacing the included USB cable. The cable was defective, and I spent some time just trying to figure that out. Eventually, I tested the cable on another printer and got the same error.

We are using windows 7 and it hooked right up and printed right away. No problems what so ever! It took me less than 15 minutes from start to finish and it's been printing shipping labels all day. It comes with 2 different size labels so you can see how to install the various size labels in it. Very impressed!
