Leather Band for Garmin Vivosmart HR Watch, Junboer Premium Soft Leather Replacement Band Strap Adjustable Wristband Accessories with Screwdrivers, Easy Install Compatible Vivosmart HR Smart Watch

I was looking for something to “dress up” my black plastic rectangle of a watch, which is a plain old vivosmart HR (not HR+), with S/N 4JE ...Upsides:- Seems well made. Metal attachments.- easy on and off. Took me maybe a minute to remove the old band, 2 min to clean the gross off my watch underneath with an old toothbrush, and one minute to install the new band. I used my old screws- the new ones Included looked a little longer, with pointed ends, and I didn’t want to potentially screw into my watch.- included screwdrivers- both Torque (for the old screws) and Phillips. Yay! This is very thoughtful and worked great.- perfect fit to the watch. I guess there is more than one kind of 4JE vivosmart HR. Mine needed no extra effort to use this band. The pieces fit precisely. Your mileage may vary.Downsides:- too long for my wrist. I am thin, but not a child. for reference: I wear my old band on the fourth or fifth from the smallest notch. This band doesn’t come in “large” or “small”. That should have warned me to check measurements, but I didn’t. See pictures. You can see the air gap between the wrist and band. The watch is almost tight enough for reliable HR (but not quite) on the smallest hole. The tail end of the band nearly reaches the watch casing on the other side at this setting.- the floral print of “green flowers” pattern (actually blue flowers) is brighter than I was expecting. Since I had bought the midnight blue (or purple?) case garmin, I was trying to complement the blue with the little blue flowers, but didn’t want the big mostly white flower right near the hinge.I will try to return due to sizing, but I would have kept it if it fit me. I was very impressed by the fit to the watch and everything else, especially for the price. (And especially compared with the price for replacement plastic loops to hold the original garmin watch band down- only a tiny bit more! While I wait for another band I will keep using a hair elastic- works OK. )

The quality feels good enough for the price and what it is. It feels like synth leather and there weren't any stitches coming loose or anything. The install is a breeze and it includes all the tools needed. I got this for my mom as a quick fix after the original strap broke of and she is super happy. She doesn't use it much as a fitness monitor but more like a heart beat monitor and step counter. I don't think you can put this through the same conditions as the genuine strap (no water or heavy sweat) as it may come undone. Honestly she hasn't try to do so but from it's construction, it isn't a single rubber strap, so it WILL either rot or come undone in the long term as expected from this type of material.

So I had the XL band for my Vivosmart HR. The rubber on the band tore many times and I initially patched it using super glue --- and it worked --- until it didn't. So I found this replacement band and I've been really surprised. At first, I was worried about the size. It's not the same size as the XL band --- I had a little bit of room to spare on the XL band, but not on this one. Thankfully, it stretches a bit as the band itself fits my wrist perfectly, but I have to get it over my hand to take it off/put it on. I'm able to just get it over my hand, but it is durable (metal instead of rubber connectors) and the bank is comfortable. I'm the type that doesn't take it off except to charge it, so I swim, shower, exercise, etc with it, I'm very pleased with it.

When my original band broke I contacted Garmin and they sent me a new one. It didn't work, so I called back. It turns out that there is a little piece of plastic that had to be removed from each end, and now their band AND this awesome pretty one both fit. (I'd contact Garmin and they'll send you the link of how to remove the plastic.) Of course, I am opting for this more attractive band. Would have given it a five, but I've had it only one day and don't know about the durability.

I dont have big hands or wrists - and this barely slides over my handit fits my wrist fine but wish the band was a little longer so i could get it on and off easieri have toyed with the idea of cutting off the plastic end that keeps it from sliding out all the way but am afraid it will fraythe Velcro holds goodthe other minor issue i have with it is the ends that screw to the watch itself never seem to be as tight at the original one - the screws are as tight as i can get them but i can still wiggle both ends a little - not a big deal but sometimes a hair will get pinched in there

My original band broke so I wanted something different. This band stood out and I thought being a leather band it would look nice! Changing the band was easy. The band is too big for my wrist. I have to put on last notch but I can still wear it. I like that it looks dressy but because I workout with it on I’m afraid it will get bad from all the sweat! I can’t use for everyday but will change it out on days I don’t work out. Overall it’s a great band.

Arrived quickly & in good condition. Bands are nice looking & comfortable. Fit well. Easy to replace, especially since there are extra screws and a tool included. Worn daily for a few months now, even to the shower & gym. No weird smells & still looks like new. Would recommend.

The band itself is fine. No problem with it at all. I just didn't consider the fact that it would get wet when washing hands, etc. That's my fault. I have been wearing the nylon bands prior to this one and could wear my watch anywhere anytime. Although I like this band, I'll probably go back to the nylon. I'm not careful enough to keep it dry.
