Good instruction book
The book is brief, basic and easy to read and follow. I have not gone online to download the videos that go with the book.

Great bang (and slap, tap, brush..) for the buck
I have 2 other cajon books/DVDs I bought before I found this jewel. I wish I found this first as it includes everything in the other books and is explained MUCH better. Also, it includes techinques the others didn't mention. Video angles are superb. I felt like I was getting private lessons. Just a word of caution... the downloadable video files are in MP4 format, so make sure your player will handle them. My older DVD player didn't, but my cheap blu-ray player works just fine. Happy drumming!

Not much instruction, but will expand cajon vocabulary
Book has good groove options to learn. But there's little to no instruction on them, just a full speed tempo demonstration of each. Still works ok, but would be easier if there was at least a simple and short walk through of each groove prior to the full speed accompanied demo.
