Very good rack, easy to assemble and install. Arrived a week before expected. A bit expensive but couldnt find it in uk so I had to ordered from usa

They are almost certainly plated steel rather than stainless steel as advertised. None of the rods are straight and some of the threaded ends are badly formed so I had to re tap them. The uprights are not well formed. A real fiddle to assemble and there was a screw missing. Priced as a high quality product but fails to deliver. If I didn’t need them I’d certainly return them.

This is my second attempt at a review here. bought 2 racks through UK site and products arrived. 1 shelf had 2 left hand brackets.i contacted uk support then bright maisonette who replied within minutes saying they could not find the order number. I sent the entire order details and despite me chasing 3 times now, absolutely no response, so many weeks on and we have to return to amazon uk. So In summary sturdy product, non existent support.
