Root Candles, Seduce Seeking Balance Patchouli Anse 6.5 Ounce

Long lasting slow burn

Wick didn't stay lit though half way through.

I was looking for patchouli scented candles for a 1970s theme party and the Root "Seduce" candle showed up, labeled "Patchouli and Anise." Lots of great reviews for this candle line so I ordered one (fortunately, just one.) Maybe it's just me, but when I buy something labeled "Patchouli and Anise," I don't expect a lemon-floral scent. I guess I should have read the small-print description which talks about lemon and jasmine as, apparently, the preponderant aromas. Nothing wrong with the scents if that's what I had wanted to buy, but I didn't.

Looks great and really like the scent, but the wick burned up completely after the first burning and it won't light anymore. I can probably dig it out with a knife and get it to light again, but feel like that shouldn't be necessary with a quality candle.

Not too bad! It’s a little sweeter then I’d hoped, however fragrance fills the room.

Real Soothing fragrance!!!!! The Aroma Sets the Mood for My Girlfriend n I....... Although, one of the 4 that was purchased would not stay lit....

I love the scent but it would not stay lit. After pouring a small bit of wax out it now stays lit. The wooden wick is genius. Love it!

Smells absolutely amazing but the candles glass casing came broken in the wrapped cardboard which allowed the hot candle wax to leak through when lit.
