The product is great, is well documented, and easily installed. The TV is very close to the wall but has more than ample adjustment of the vertical plane to accommodate any height. There is ample hardware for attaching the bracket to the wall (the only difficult procedure), and attaching the "hangers" to a standard VESA mount on the TV. Use a proper level for attaching the wall-bracket rather than the incorporated spirit-level. I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 only because this type of mount has the TV so close to the wall that, unless one has tiny hands and arms, all the wires (power, HDMI, etc) must be made before "hanging" the TV. This is a "feature" of this style of mounting system rather than a strike against this particular vendor's product. This was my first experience hanging a TV. Were I doing it again, I might look for a system where the TV hangs a little further out from the wall.

I was very excited to see it hanging but I don't like it. To start with, it came broken. Moreover, it immobilizes the TV and once is hanging is very difficult to adjust, because you have to put the arms under and that rises the TV from the bottom. Then, when it's adjusted, you can't bring it down again. I will have to buy another one.
