This brand I feel is good quality for a natural product though not anll ingredients are totally natural but still would use and recommend. Started using due to joint pain but haven’t notice much in that department since I switched to using this brand

Excellent product.

My orthopedic surgeon recommended taking this due to a high-risk break in my foot, trying to stave off surgery (80% incidence rate). Not only did the foot heal correctly and get me back to running, my HAIR has never been thicker or fuller. I’ve never had hair to talk about—this has been amazing. I’ll keep taking this for the bone building and I’ll take the compliments for the hair!

I like , no side effects and we will see if it works... magnesium should be a little higher. My leg is restless.

I was advised to take a calcium supplement as I am an older woman. I have had no adverse side effects and it seems to be working for me.

These supplements have made a huge difference in my overall health. As a mama who has been pregnant and/or nursing babies for the past 5 years straight, my body was depleted. Some concerning symptoms popped up and I knew it likely had to do with lacking minerals, namely calcium. I started on these while I wait for my appointment with the integrative doctor, and I have been delighted that many symptoms have resolved. And I’ve mostly been taking “half the dose” at 2 pills a day rather than the recommended 4 (2 pills twice daily). Will be reordering!

Update: I have been taking Oscap for two years. Full disclosure, I also increased my weight bearing exercise and added more calcium rich foods to my diet. I was very pleased with my recent DEXA scan results. I was able to maintain my existing bone density in the femoral areas, and actually improved the density in my spine. This is the first scan that I have had in 20 years that didn’t show deterioration of density. I am definitely going to continue taking Oscap and I would recommend it to anyone who, like me, wants to help themself while avoiding the big pharma “solutions” that have many side effects.Original Review:I bought this to try to arrest the progress of osteoporosis and hopefully build back some bone density. It will be a while before I know it works, but I like the ingredients and Thorne seems to do purity testing, quality control, etc. The capsules aren't too big to swallow easily, which is a problem for me. I take them as directed, with a meal, and haven't experienced any stomach upset or other problems. Nice that I can get this on Amazon, as my acupuncturist has had problems getting Oscap from her usual source.
