My grandson is 9. He's very short for his age. The first time he used them he said he was able to get up faster. I think he is a little short, it looked harder to chase a ball, but when he traded out the taller one had no trouble at all. This is the first time either of them used the equipment. Both said they are great.

Works well but they easily come off the straps and are difficult to put back on when you are in a hurry for getting your little leaguer back on the field.

These arrived in a timely manner and work exactly as advertised. I bought them for my son's Little League team and they save a lot of wear and tear on the knees.

Great size for youth catchers gear, goes on easy, and is well made! I would buy again if the need arrises!
