I am a bit confused with the sizes they go 1T-4T then has just size 5, does that mean it is a 5T?

No, the T means toddler so at age 5 they are no longer toddlers. From there on it's just size 5, 6 etc.

the graphics don't look centered on the photo, do they look that way in real life?

They look fine on my grandson. But at age three he’s not still long enough to judge the alignment of the graphic.

Do all 3 t shirts come together?

Yes, we got all 3. The description was very accurate.

I have a 2.5 year old do I get a 2 t or 3 t size?

That's a hard one to answer it all depends on the size of your child...My 18 month old is all ready in 2T and depending on the brand 3T. If you really want them get the bigger size they will grow into it

Still going strong

After 2 years of continuous wear, these shirts have held up so well! As my eldest out grew them, we passed them to her brother. They get worn and washed at least once a week.Great quality, true to size. The designs do start to wear off after so many washes like most graphic tees but the kids still love them.
