This is top notch Holy Basil extract one of the best ones with the highest potency for the price. You feel the effects from the first capsule and it provides excellent stress relief and overall great health. Easy to swallow.

I am not one who can discern the internal changes that occur from supplements or herbal remedies unless they are obvious. In the case of this holy basil, I did not have to be the one to notice the difference. Those who know me and interact with me on a daily basis have noted a considerable calming/soothing effect since I started taking this supplement. Even more to the point, someone who doesn't interact with me on a daily basis and who didn't know that I was taking holy basil noted the difference. I work at a high stress job where I must be able to split my attention in several different directions at the same time, keep several things moving, and, in some cases, deal with angry people. After I had been taking the holy basil for awhile, this client entered and noted that I seemed much more relaxed and well-balanced. I felt this was one of the best indications that it was working. Excellent price for the quantity.

They seem like a high quality supplement, but I only take this to pacify a family member who insists I do for my health. I don't notice a change in my health at all by taking these supplements.
