So, it being sulfate free and paraben free is a plus, I love this product because of the smell. I am super sensitive to smells. I can't handle perfume or strong smells. So, this has a smell that reminds me of a candle from years ago that is not made any more so yeah, I'm here just for the smell. Lol It is a great product. Doesn't leave a residue or build up.

I have tried so many different products for my hair. And I honestly can say this is the best. I've only used it 2x so far, just recieved it, and can tell a big difference already in my hair. It's not weighed down, didn't feel greasy by the next morning, and just feels thicker. I also never write reviews lol but really was surprised by this shampoo and conditioner and it smells nice too

This product works very well for my hair.My only complaint is that I can't find it at the store and through Amazon I can only order it as a set but I use the conditioner more than the shampoo.

im not picky about how a shampoo/conditioner smell i just care how my hair feels and looks and this combination makes my hair so soft and silky and hydrated—obsessed. The smell is kind of old/musty (?) but that doesn’t bother me personally because my other hair products out of the shower have very strong scents

I like this shampoo and conditioner, but the bottles they come in are horrible. The product is too thick for the lid opening and when the lid is taken off. a glob of product shoots out which is wasteful. Please update the bottles!

Smells great makes your hair feel kinda heavy

This product was the worst I've used i could not get my fingers through my hair. My hair was so tangled. I used 2 different hair spray detangle products after i got out of the shower. It didn't help at all. I tried the Paul Mitchell detangler. That didn't work. I had to wait until my hair dried almost all the way and put the detangler in my hair and leave it.( thats not the way to apply it but i had no choice but to leave it in all day like that)My hair looked wet and ugly all day. I am so disappointed. I used the product properly. For me the shampoo and conditioner were the worst products I've ever used on my hair. Sad but true

Did not make my hair feel stringy like regular shampoo. The conditioner made my hair so bouncy and soft and easy to come I have curly hair and it made the curls pop! Amazing product no more store stuff for me
