Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  It came with a note saying sorry we are def which was a bit weird to me. The banner is not a high quality banner but will do for that price I guess. It looks great from afar but from up close it’s not well made. Not sure if the letters were painted on the banner but if so they did a poor job. If they used vinyl they used cheap vinyl. I’m giving it 3 stars because although the price is cheap I feel like I should have received a god quality banner and I didn’t. I would never send out something like this to a customer. But like I said for this year it will do.

I think the design of this banner is lovely , which is why I didn’t return it . However, it’s just plain cut cloth (jagged in some areas!) with no finishing stitch and already fraying . I didn’t see that in the picture so am a little disappointed about that ; because I had intended on reusing it for more than one year. Though I don’t know if at the price point a hem around is feasible ? Also I didn’t realize the fabric was only one sided, kind of a faded white in the back- so I can’t hang it in the middle of the 2 rooms like I originally intended . It will have to hang against a wall/object . But I will say that for one ply fabric it’s still plenty thick and not flimsy. I did not have problems with the letters like some reviewers did , a few were a little stuck but pulled apart ok, nor was it wrinkled in any way. Packaged nicely in its plastic . Came with a nice rustic substantial rope to hang it . Way better than a paper banner but I don’t know how long it will last with the fraying .

Very nice quality. It came with a weird letter saying that if there is a mistake on order sorry we are deaf. Which has nothing to do with putting order together they are deaf not blind

The burlap is a bit thinner than I would have liked so when daylight shined behind them the letters were hard to see especially in pictures. I was happy to have these to include in the family theme for this last Christmas.

Looked perfect hanging on the wall of my barn for a Christmas party. Nice quality and look forward to using it for years to come!

IT'S SO PRETTY. I USED IT TO WRAP AROUND MY TREE AFTER DECORATING IT AND PURCHASED THE PLAID TREE SKIRT WITH SNOW FLAKES. IT'S SO PRETTY. IN ADDITION MY TOY POODLE PUPPY HAS A PLAID COAT TO MATCH. NOT PLANNED BUT ADORABLE.

This banner did not disappoint! It is so cute and looks great with my Christmas decorations and the price was amazing!

Very cute decoration to match all my other buffalo plaid christmas decor. Hung from twine with little cloth pieces. Easy to store for the next year and definitely a durable piece.
