High Quality if You Can Afford It
I had an opportunity to try the 1.01 oz. bottle of MZ SKIN by Dr. Maryam Zamani Brighten & Perfect Serum. The bottle is glass with a metal cap and plastic pump. The serum dispenses as a white light to medium consistency serum that turns clear when massaging into the skin. A little goes a long way so this should last quite awhile. It has a very light but pleasant sweet scent that is barely noticeable. It makes my skin feel soft and moisturized. The only thing I didn't like is that it doesn't have an expiration date. It has 10% vitamin C so you should keep it in a cool place. This is expensive costing $335 at the time of writing this review. This is a real treat for me to be able to try it for free but I can't afford to order it again. Made in the UK. I would recommend.

Goodbye Gator Skin and Discolorations!
This hard-hitting c-serum works hard against discolorations, dullness, and rough patches caused by my career as a sun-scored construction contractor. It worked well for me to help sooth and restore my leathery skin, including the regions under my beard and the crinkles around my eyes.PROS:+ Visible Results: This serum works hard on mature and rugged skin. I am nearing my 70s and have incurred a lifetime of sun damage that manifests as dark blotches, leathery spots, and beard dandruff. I used this in the evenings after exfoliating with a puff, then topped it with a moistrizer to seal it in. My face-spots looked notably less dalmatian-like after 2 weeks with some smoothing of my rough spots. By one month, other guys on my worksite and my wife were seeing a difference.+ Smoothes and Tones: With vitamin c for tone balance and hyaluronic acid and peptides to bust that gator-look, this all-in-one powerhouse is a game changer for older folks and those who are sunscorched. I feel the soothing most noticably on my beard-dandruff as it helped me balance over 2 weeks for a noticible effect and a very touchable change in one month. The C works wonders to tone out dark spots.+ Doesn't Irritate Skin: This gentle formula applies silky smooth and doesn't feel grimy, sticky, clogging, or tacky, absorbing quickly when applied in just the right amount (a little goes a long way!). It hasn't caused me any red spots or breakouts, nor does it dry out my skin (I pair with a men's moistruizer).PRO TIP: Fuzzy folks, don't use this after shaving your stache or beard. It burns. Wait a few hours!CONS:- Can Be Drying: Folks, this is a serum. Most serums need to be followed by a moisturizer to lock it in and to keep moisture in the skin. It can be used alone if you have oilier skin, but I have dry skin and find it less intense when used with a moisturizer. I also recommend using a sunscreen during the day to keep dark spots from coming back.

Okay but nothing special
I've been using this brightening serum from MZ Skin for over a month now. I haven't noticed any noticeable difference in my skin. I expected more dramatic results at this premium price point. I maybe have a bit more brightness, but if so, it is certainly nothing noticeable.I didn't notice any scent to the serum. It applied nicely and absorbed into my skin.

Good solid product, just a bit too pricey for my budget
I really wanted to be bowled over by this serum, as it is the first really expensive skin care product I have used. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this, it is very nice and all of the ingredients are skin friendly to me. The serum goes on smoothly, there is no noticeable scent. This did not irritate my sensitive skin. I am glad to have had an opportunity to try this out, but have found it to perform about the same as any of my more budget friendly options I have.

Addresses Dark Spots
I was excited to try this Vitamin C serum because it's from a high-end brand that I haven't tried before. I am in my late 40's so skin care is becoming more and more important. I use tretinoin at night but wanted an effective serum for daytime use. I can't use it twice a day because tretinoin and Vitamin C aren't supposed to be used at the same time. I have one dark spot on my cheek I'm trying to get rid of. This serum contains 10% stabilized Vitamin C, peptides, and tranexamic acid which are helping to lighten it a bit. Hopefully it will fade even more as I continue to attack it with the MZ Skin Brighten & Perfect during the day and tretinoin at night. I'm making sure to wear sunscreen to prevent any further hyperpigmentation.

VERY expensive, smells like sweaty socks
I’m a big believer in using vitamin C on your face to reduce those awful brown spots, but these products seem to take forever to work, and you can invest 6 months into one only to find it’s done nothing. I’ve been using this each morning for about 6 weeks, and I honestly can’t see a difference yet. I have one very dark spot on a cheekbone that I want to see gone, so I’m pretty focused on trying to see it at least diminishing some. So far, nothing, but I will say it’s soothing, non-irritating, and makes my skin feel really soft. Unfortunately, it smells terrible! Like sweaty socks 🤢. I could get over that if it was super effective and not so expensive.
