Q: Is this Bra very tight fitting on the band?

No it isn't very tight under the band. I found it very comfortable.. I'm a 38DD so I have to have a good support.,this was perfect for me.

Q: Do these bras come from China?

Postage was super fast so i don't think so. Honestly you won't regret this purchase, comfiest bra I have ever owned!

Yes it will be fine and even the lace ones are ok under t-shirts. I have purchased several bras and they always fit well.
