Womens Gothic Steampunk Tail Vamp Long Victorian Waterfall Waistcoat Jacket Top

I love this jacket. I bought it for a pirate costume poker run in July and can’t wait to wear it. Fabric is fairly light weight. Definitely more of a summer piece. Quality is very well made. I gave 5 stars however, the jacket runs extremely large. I’m 5’3”, 140 pounds and normally wear a size 8. Bought a size 6 and it’s more like a size 12! Size down at least two sizes and your golden.

I typically wear a size 8 or 10 (Medium top, 29 jean), and this was big. Although this fits large, I was easily able to remove the button and sew it back on to make it fit perfect! I wore it for an Elton John theme party, but I think it would look great with so many outfits! Material was nice and soft and well made, and seems like it will wash well. Highly recommend!

Very thin and fits large. It’s a single layer of fabric with no lining. It also fit large so we had to do some quicky alterations to get it to fit, but it ended up working well enough for the Halloween costume.

I saw on reviews that it ran large. I say that it fits perfect for real sized women. This is my second ever Clothing item that I bought through Amazon. The first item i got I purposely ordered in a larger size in hopes that it would fit but it still didn’t. The description on this item though said that it runs large and I ordered my actual size and it fit perfectly. I love the cut and the style and how it hangs off of you. definitely recommend

The statement “runs large” doesn’t even begin to cover it. I ordered a size down per the reviews I read. I should have ordered three or four sizes down. Oh wait. I couldn’t because there’s only two sizes that are smaller than the size 8 I ordered. For reference, it’s 39” in the waist! 39! The sizing shows that a size 8 fits someone with a 40” bust. The bust measurement of the garment I received is 44”. While the style is attractive enough, the fabric is much too lightweight for a jacket. Also, the color is not as pictured. The green shows up on the webpage as being more of a dark teal green and also is described as such in several reviews. The one I received is more hunter green. I am definitely returning this and looking for something else. Extra info: it’s quite long. Im 5’6” and the back comes down to my knees.

I’m so glad I took everyone’s advice and sized down. Even the red coloring gives this such a lord of the rings vibe. It’s not what I was originally going for (circus vibe) but I’m absolutely keeping it. I love it!It is on the thinner side but that’s nice in the summer in the deserts.

In my experience this looked way better online than in person. The first problem I had was that the button fell off as soon as I took the vest out of the package. It ran big (like very big - if I were ordering again I'd go down a size), and had areas where it didn't hang quite right because of the way it was sewn. The color was beautiful, but the fabric was not high quality. Overall I'd say this garment would be fine for a costume, but not good for daily wear.

Fabric not as heavy as I would have liked, but heavy “enough.” Fits nicely. Color is nice, matching other items I have purchased.
