SOFT BUT IT WORKS
The extremely soft bristles are a little off putting when you are used to a good scrub... But the extremely fine / very dense bristles are probably putting more bristles in contact with your skin with each stroke and with less irritation. There is no detectable cleaning difference between this brush and my old stiffer brush, but it is possibly doing a better job, again with less irritation.As a facial brush the size is fine but if you intend to use this brush on other larger areas of your body the brush does not cover a lot of area.Jim Caiaccia

Good buy.
The product overall was a good buy.. I was hoping for the brush to have at least a little scrub to it to get down in the pores, but the bristles are extremely soft.. ideal for baby skin or very sensitive skin.

Not what I was looking for.
This brush is way too soft. It's no better really than using a wash cloth. This is more like a brush for applying shaving cream.

Super soft for sensitive skin
Wanted to live this face brush but it’s just not what I was looking for. The brush is so soft and doesn’t scrub. Good for sensitive skin and applying cleanser.

Soft, gentle, plush face brush
I love the softness of this brush, it feels plush and luxurious, like being pampered in a high-end spa. It foams readily, rinses easily, and dries nicely. Keep in mind that it's extremely soft and plush, I have a second similar brush with black bristles and a bumpy bristle surface I prefer to use for deep cleaning.I too had the issue others have mentioned with the brush separating from the handle after a few uses, but placing a small line of multi-purpose craft glue around the bristle holder and popping it back into the base fixed the issue and it hasn't come loose again.

They are soft and be good facial cleaning brush
Love how it is natural wood and that it looks great on my bathroom counter. I also love how it has soft bristles that can be used to clean and exfoliate my face.
