Vitamin D gummies are easy to chew and taste similar to some sweet gummy bears.My only issue is that the packaging says that they are 5000 IU per serving. They are actually 2,500 per gummy. You need to chomp on two for 5,000 IU (or one serving).

I have to take two of these every day and they are delicious. It is easy to take your vitamins when they taste good!
