Great go to for BHB that isn't hard to swallow. We use it with True Lime Black Cherry mix and add a 2 tbsps of organic apple cider vinegar. Saw great ketone level results when done twice a day.

The taste no doubt is freaking AWFUL! However, what I did was take it with some flavored drink mix to mask the taste. It's not so bad going down as the last "bite" that gets you at the end. I really recommend plugging your nose, mixing it with a drink powder mix and drinking something else immediately afterwards. It also made me slightly nauseous, HOWEVER... it freaking WORKS! 30 min before I had tested completely negative and had been having a very hard time initially getting into ketosis. The week before I had been at a week long job training and part of it was the requirement of sampling of certain bakery items, which completely threw me off the wagon. I then basically had a 3 day carb and sugar joy ride (mind you this time sugar made me feel so crappy, I don't plan on deviating like that ever again) and now ONE DAY LATER and only 30 MINUTES AFTER I TOOK THE SCOOP DOSE...I'm actually "FULLY" in KETOSIS! I don't think this needs to be something you take daily, but I'll probably take it for a few more days to jumpstart me back into Keto! Based off the RESULT I have to recommend it! Just know it does not taste good and you will want to prepare yourself to take it!

So far this has helped my appetite and has seemed to help cut down on the number of migraines I’ve been getting. Can’t wait to see what happens when using it longer!

Helped me make a ketone.

I was looking for a BHB product to help my wife start a ketogenic diet to help alleviate some of the withdrawal symptoms and start with the mood enhancing qualities of ketones until the body's natural ketosis really sets in. I first tried their 4-in-1 Ketone Salts til I realized how much calcium was in it. I'll admit the 4-in-1 tastes better - Magnesium by itself has a pretty harsh taste - but if you combine this with something else like a diet soda (Diet Sun Drop is my go-to for this) it really doesn't taste bad. I believe in the need for adequate Magnesium supplementation and this is the only one I've had that really doesn't cause diarrhea for me in adequately high doses besides ReMag. In order to help the taste, though, I'm planning on trying a mixture of this with their Sodium Ketone Salt.
