When I received this item I wasn't sure it would work with the printer. My daughter had the printer at college. Just to be safe I contacted the Manufacturer. They sent one to me at no charge. The item I ordered from Amazon did work.

It doesn't fit well; falls out of the socket with any movement. Fortunately, the printer is pretty sedentary. The original cord does this as well, though so 3 instead of 2 stars.

What can you say about a power cord replacement when the original gets accidentally thrown away? Quick delivery, easy setup (ha ha).

The "Canon" power cord does not seat firmly and falls out if bumped. I had to use it right away, so I have the cord propped up and had to put the printer in an area where it won't be bumped. I wonder if these cords were tested on actual printers.

Worked well on my MP560 but I don't think its an original canon cord, it's too soft.

Delivered quickly. Worked perfect with the printer but i had eneded up ordering the wrong item. I needed the cable not the power cord. But 4 stars for quick delivery and that it would have worked had i needed it

Very happy. I lost my cord for my printer/ scanner in a move and we looked up the type and bought this one. Its different than the one I had in that it doesnt have the power box attached to the cord, but it works just fine and I just got done printing a paper for class. It also got here pretty quickly since the seller is the in the US. Happy Customer :)
