I got these for when I take baths, as well as just ambient lighting for my room. (I put one under a vase with water beads inside) The recharging feature on these is amazing. I never have to worry about having extra batteries. The suction cups don’t really attach to the light, so they tend to slide out. I wish they had a way to completely pop into the light, so they would stay out, but they just have a slot they slide into, and it’s hard to get the suction cups to not slide so that they fall out of the slot once they’re stuck to something. The lights are pretty, and it’s very bright. The battery seems to last very long as well. They’re very, very sturdy. Super strong and thick, so I don’t feel nervous having them in the water. Overall, very pleased!

Rusty water leaked all over my kitchen countertop when I opened the light.

Do not expect these to stick to a wall if they are not underwater. They are too heavy for above water suction. I wanted them for added light in my shower but I had to place them on the shelf.

Background: I recently became the owner of a 12'x24' Pool, roughly 9,000gal. It's a relatively small in-ground pool that's about 5ft deep that has no built-in lighting. Like many, I tried some of the floating solar powered pool lights out there and they just don't do enough to make people want to stay out after dark when the weather is nice. Hence, me purchasing this product. I bought EIGHT total USB rechargeable units. This was a little pricier than the battery powered version, but in the long run if I take care of them it'll save cost on batteries easily.Each box was nicely packaged, 1 remote per light but the same remote will work for every light you buy. So you'll have extras.The USB charge cable is quite short, but it's sufficient. I also bought an 8-port USB charging station so I can have all of these lights charging at the same time. The back side has a nice LED indicator light - red when it's charging and green when it's fully charged.The suction cups seem adequate, as you get 2 suction cups per light that slide into the back half of the plastic housing. I left two on my stainless steel fridge for a few hours and they didn't budge. I placed 7 of them in the pool on the wall of the vinyl liner about 1ft down from the water line. After 4 hours, all 7 were still suctioned in place!Photo's don't do these lights full justice. Perhaps 8 total lights is overkill for my 12x24' pool, but I preferred to spend extra and make sure I had enough light for entertaining friends at night.The only "issue" I had, was I noticed 1 back plate did not have its sealing ring to make it submersible (hence why I only tested 7 in the pool). The seller got back to me within just a couple days and sent me a whole new light even though I only requested the sealing ring!So overall. 5 stars for a sweet aftermarket like that appears to suction well and provide ample lighting for night time pool life. I see no reason why these lights won't last multiple seasons if they are properly maintained and used! I personally will be bringing them inside after each use, drying and storing them. I would NOT recommend leaving them out for days/weeks at a time, nor should you really need to.

When I was searching for waterproof lights these came up, with the video review from a young man it was a yes for me. Great quality, love that they have some weight to them so they sink. My fountains are much bigger than most so I will use 2 in one and 3 in the other. Because they only have a charge life of about 3 hours I am ordering extra sets. Only a boring party lasts 3 hours so when they go out I can just drop more in and charge everything tomorrow. Great colors as well. Update now that I have used these lights for about a week. When you charge them they will have a red light, green when charged. I turn them on, choose a color and just put them in the water without adjusting the brightness. I put them in at 7PM and take them out the next morning 7AM and they are still GOING STRONG. I put them on the charger and keep the same routine each day and they all last 12 hours. Love these lights.

These are great little lights. I put one at each end of my above ground 15x24 oval, and it lights it up perfectly! You MUST take these out of the pool when you are finished for the night. We let them dry completely and plug them in. We have had them for two months and they are still perfect. Only drawback is that the clear lights don't strobe like the other colors.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought these as I'm working on some terrariums and I thought adding a light would be really nice. These turned out to be better than expected. They worked really well and gave so much light. My husband has borrowed one for his music room. I'm not actually going to be putting them in water even though they are submersible. Although I'm tempted now to put one in a vase of flowers. The set comes with two lights which are USB rechargeable, they have magnets on the bottom. Also supplied are two charger wires and two remote controls, packets of suckers for fixing in place. I was impressed with the remote control which offers so many different options. I chose a strobe option to demonstrate in my video with this review. The colour changes are really nice and you have six to choose from as well as normal light. You can make them darker or brighter and time them for 1 hour or 3 hours. The other options are strobe, spark, flash, breathe an cross fade. I can't wait to put them in my terrariums, providing I can get the other one back from my husband.

These seemed like a hassle free options to add lighting to a pond. But they didn't even get that far. I charged them fully before use and to be honest, the lights themselves seemed alright. The colours were nice and about 12 brightness levels. The trouble was the poor remote. With the light next to me on the sofa, I waved the remote around them, above them, on top of them. It took about 5-15 presses to get them to turn on. So I opened the second remote, same. I figured if they are like this on day 1, fully charged, next to me on the sofa. What will they be like after a couple of months 30cm under water. Didn't want to take that chance as it was frustrating enough trying to get them to turn on so sent them back next day.

Absolutely love it...feels.like our small.shower has turned into a deluxe spa. We purchased it cause I was having electrical problems..they were meant to be temporary until we fix the lights but.love them so much they're a permanent feature now

I had the previous model of these lights and this one works just the same. The addition of a rechargeable battery makes all the difference. Charging batteries externally is such a pain and the 1.2V standard ones really don't last that long. Considering 1.5V rechargeable lithium batteries are this price on their own I think this is a good deal.

I love the colours and brightness, they really help light up my hot tub. However the suction cups are too small snd my bubbles just rip the lights off the side of my hot tub. They could d with being bigger snd not come off the light so easily, great product though.
