El pico’s the best espresso coffee
I do not know why they discontinue making El pico espresso coffee. It was the best on the market.

El Pico Coffee is Delicious
Love El Pico, have bought it for years use it in my espresso coffee maker. So smooth, has a great coffee taste without that chocolatee undertone I’ve tasted in other coffees. When you open the package the aroma is wonderful, after opening the bag, place it in a Ziploc bag and that delicious coffee aroma will remain fresh each time you open it. Enjoy!

You'll be glad you did
This is a milder brew than Espresso coffee. There is no bitterness in the taste of it, as opposed to many other Spanish coffee brands. I found a store here that sells it, so I will be buying it here. However, if you don't have a store that sells it in your area, buy this coffee. You'll be glad you did.

Amazon had my coffee
I have always drank this coffee and was having trouble finding it locally. I got it as promised and happy for it.

Lighter than dark
This brand advertises that it is a dark roast, however, compared to espresso roast, french roast, and other dark roasts from various brands this would have to be a medium roast. As such, it did not appeal to me or my dark roast drinking buddies. The aroma and taste was good. I used it in a drip and a stove top espresso maker and both were OK. Compared to Cafe Bustelo and Pilon, I would describe it as a lesser and lighter version of the two (not that Bustelo or Pilon are the same!). I usually drink my espressos black, but with Cabana blends, I do add sugar as they are typically not that dark to begin with, thus being a little bitter.
