Excellent
This gimbal is fantastic. Out of the box it felt great. Excellent build quality and weight which gives it a premium feel. The gimbal was fairly easy to set up once I managed to figure out the app and it balanced the mobile phone very well.It worked great for all the usual gimbal shots, pans, tilts, dolly's and walking shots.Overall I found this gimbal to be excellent and will be using it for my work such as, weddings, interviews, promos and vlogs.Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Really good value
The media could not be loaded. This gimbal for the price is very good value, it has a lot of features that i did not know gimbals came with. It is very stable and to most people, it would not be easy to tell the difference between much more expensive gimbals. It also has its own dedicated app, it has great battery life, it also has multiple modes to help get the best shot. I'm really impressed especially at this price.

Me, “Follow me”. Gimbal, “where are you?”
Bought this for the “follow me” feature. (Just to see if it was any good ) On my Huawei P40 pro, I couldn’t get it to work at all, following me. Just got an iPhone 11 Pro Max thing. It follows me but easily loses me. When it loses me, it just starts aiming in random directions and even if I get myself back into the recognition frame, doesn’t lock back on again. So I class that a fail. It’s useful for panning photos too, it says. But it just seems to choose it’s own starting point so you don’t get the shot you set up for. Fail.As a stabiliser, it’s not too bad. Keeps the camera (phone) level but reacts slowly to direction changes. Semi fail.Look, it could be me. Maybe I expected too much from what is essentially an entry level stabiliser. It pairs easily with my phones both android or iOS. Holds the phone safely, doesn’t feel like it’s going to drop it. It’s quite light, feels good quality, the app you use with it is pretty good too. Battery life seems good. I’ll persevere with it and try to learn more about it. I was dissapointed in the following feature because a mate of mine bought a drone that follows you around. It’s sticks with you like a bad smell. If this gimbal could stick with you like my mates drone, it would get a much better rating. I’m wondering if the tardy performance is down to Bluetooth lag 🤔. It’s not a total wash out. Just not as good as I was hoping.

This product is garbage
The Cinepeer gimbal is a useless piece of garbage - don't buy it. It's cheap but not cheap enough. The app which allows you to control your cameras functionality NEVER worked from downloading. So you'll be left with only the gimbals up/down and pan control (using the annoyingly counter intuitive control commands) until, based on my experience, the battery stops charging - less than a year from purchase.Cinepeer - you suck.

Fantastic gadget!
I heard about Gimbals a lot on forums and on YouTube videos, so decided to get one. I have to say, it dramatically changed the quality of the video. Like all new technologies or gadgets there are a bit of learning curves, but I'm getting better everyday! There are a heaps of "how to use Gimbal" training videos on Youtube, once the weather is better, I'm going to try those nifty tricks to have cinema effects! The build, finish and the quality overall are superb. Really like the ergonomic handle and the hard matte finish plastic it was made of. Before you buy, don't forget to check the list of the compatible phones to see if your phone works with it. For the price I paid, I have to say I picked up a bargain.

Ok for the price
This was my first dabble in to a phone gimbal my initial impression was very good but as I used the gimbal I found it to be very frustrating to use. The user app isn’t the easiest to navigate and the most annoying thing using the gimbal was having to re calibrate the gimbal as the horizon wouldn’t be level. I used the gimbal with a wide angle lens which picked up the camera mount in the corner when replaying video. I returned the gimbal and purchased a DJI OM 4 which is twice the price but well worth it.

Amazing quality for the price.
Super in love with it. Don’t have much experience so this model is definitely perfect for me. Is practical and easy to use. Perfect to anyone who wants to step up their videos.

Feels light and durable
The media could not be loaded. Out of the box , feels durable and light .Only few buttons on it and it feels easy to use with amazing result.Perfect if you travel about and like to film with your mobile. If your phone connects to the ZY app via bluetooth , it enables more functions such as moving timelapse.I will provide a youtube review soon. Stay tunned.

Gets the job done, could be better
We bought this on a whim, and have used it for several trips now. The stabilization on it is top notch. Combined with the phone's IBIS, videos are always satisfyingly smooth. The joystick panning could be a bit slower, but overall this is a great gimbal. My main issue with is that the motor is just too weak. Even though the Samsung S21 5G is will within the gimbal's weight tolerance, it will jerk violently when at certain angles, and will often tilt to one side by about 5 degrees. If you're using a larger phone, don't even bother trying. It won't work.Another issue is the app. While most of it is decent, here are my issues with it:1. no 4k2. tops out at 30fps3. The auto tracking feature is NOT AT ALL intuitive. I had to research for hours to find some non-English-speaking tutorial to gesture it out for me. Yes. The gimbal has subject tracking and it's half decent when mounted on a tripod. But the manual doesn't teach you how to do it and it's virtually impossible to figure out how to do it on your own.I ended up keeping it cause it really is a good price for the features. But it does have room for improvement.

Parfait
Très bon produit le seul bémol est que la notice est en anglais et chinois. Il faut le manipuler un moment pour comprendre les modes proposés.Je l’utilise régulièrement pour la formation photo/vidéos et je n’ai rien à dire pour le moment

Review: Cinepeer C11 Gimbal
I bought the (Zhiyun) Cinepeer C11 Gimbal for shooting video's without shaking images. It is indeed very good at doing that and delivers good value for it's price. No complaints there. Also the relatively long operation duration of the battery is a big pro. I find the Cinepeer C11 not too heavy, which is important for extended use. The ZY Play app is being regularly updated, which I find important as a service. Not so great is the Zhiyun Gimbal Tools software for the PC. It has two important functions: 1) to update the firmware and 2) to calibrate the gimbal. Although I followed the instructions to the letter, the software does not recognise my Cinepeer C11 when connected to the PC. Although I send the Zhiyun company an e-mail about this on 14 February 2021, I never received any response.I guess the Cinepeer C11 can be used just fine without updates or calibration, but it makes me miss out on improvements and new features that where released since I the time that I bought the product. And when you buy a product, you are also buying for the service. It is common knowledge that firmware for products is never fully perfected before the release of the product on the market.
