Imagenation Charmeuse Satin Short Sleeve Shrug Bolero

Finding a cute shrug is so hard, so I was thrilled when I found this AND that it was prime eligible. I always aim to cover my back and shoulders, and needed this to wear for a formal event. It fit perfectly, overlapping the back of my dress to where I felt comfortable all night and didn't worry about exposing any skin, the ruffle adds an elegant touch to it, and I got lots of compliments. I would definitely order this item again and only wish it came in more colors (a lovely champagne would be nice!)

I am typically a women's size S, but am narrow on top and wide on the bottom (34B/C-28w-38h), and really dithered between ordering the M or L sizes after reading the reviews. Since this is for a costume, and because of all the elastic-y ruching I opted for the Medium, reasoning that if it was tight I could deal with it for one night.This arrived yesterday, and I immediately tried it on. It fits with room to spare! The elastic ruching doesn't even stretch. I could have probably taken my typical size Small in the body, but the shoulders and armholes would have been a bit tight - manageable, but tight. I HIGHLY recommend looking at the shoulder measurements of this product and ordering based on that as opposed to the other garment measurements, because the arm holes don't stretch, and the shoulders are and arms are the part of the garment I found to fit the smallest. Do order only one size up UNLESS you have wide or athletic shoulders and back, or tend to carry the most weight on your upper arms (then consider going up 2 sizes). In my opinion this is a true American Juniors sizing as stated in the item description, i.e. narrower and less curvy than women's sizing.The item is well-sewn from an inexpensive material, so the cost is pretty in-line with the quality. It is smooth and comfy, and even the ruching isn't scratchy. I especially like that it covers my neck, so it's better than you'd think at warding off a chill. I purchased the purple color and it's true to the picture.

I love the idea of this bolero! When i recieved it there was a good amount of seams that had excess thread hanging or that was coming unraveled. The fit was nice. I'm 5' tall, 128lbs, 32D bust, 26-28 low waist (depending on the brand) and the fits nicely. My arms are a lil thicker than normal and it still fits, which is impressive! Overall it is decent quality. It could definitely be better quality for the price they are selling it for. I'm happy i got it and I will probably order more just make sure you are ready to finish sone of the seams. The satin fabric doesn't have much give or stretch to it but, the way its made does give you some stretch or room to play. I give it 4 stars

Ordered a Size Medium. Fit perfectly except when I stretched my arms forward, the sleeves felt a tiny bit tight. But everything is was perfect and it went really well with my original design Harley Quinn outfit version.

I love this Shrug! If you have thinner upper arms, the sleeves will not lay fat and puff out a little bit, but it's not in an unflattering way. If you suit satiny, ruffled type of clothing, you need one of these! I plan on wearing it outside of formal occasions. It doesn't look so formal that you can't dress it down.The quality is fair for the price. I'm 100lbs, 5' with narrow shoulders and a small fit perfectly, so it seems to run one size small.I got it in black and now I want it in red!

Order a size up but it's a great shrug. But a bit more pricey. I have one in gold I got from another store for like $7, but I desperately needed this one so I paid the 20. I don't think under normal circumstances it's worth that much but still a nice shrug. More vibrant color than the picture.

I got it for my daughter to wear with her dress to Prom. She was invited to a Christian Homeschool Prom and the dress code was pretty strict. It looked great with her dress! The fit was great & it looked like it was made for the dress.

I brought this product and was really chuffed with how fast it arrived as it turned up the next day. It fitted like a glove and the material was better then i expected, the stitching was immaculate and the material was so soft on my skin. It gave me the vintage look i was going for and would defiantly recommend to all.

Anhand des Preises habe ich ja keine Top-Qualität erwartet. Es ist aber schon ein sehr dünnes Stöffchen. Die Nähte sind scheinbar gut verarbeitet, hab es aber noch nicht lange getragen. Was auf dem Bild nicht so gut zu sehen ist, ist das Gummiband, welches das eigentliche Muster macht. Es ist also nicht in Falten gelegt, so wie es wirkt. Aber für meine Zwecke (Fasching) ist es absolut brauchbar. Im Sommer ist es vermutlich auch nicht schlecht zum Schultern bedecken. Es Passt ganz gut und trägt auch nicht auf.
